It's true the staff are very friendly and helpful however unless you have a car it's not easy to get to and even then it's tricky. The area seems a bit dodgy and the hotel looks like a rent by the hour sort of place. The hotel generally smells of smoke as well as the rooms. Best things are the... More

The young manager was extraordinarily efficient and professional. He offered to make us espresso upon our rather late arrival by taxi via ferry from Procida. My wife and I had Kellogg's cereal instead! :). He helped ensure we were awake by 4:45 AM the next morning by placing us in a nice clean room just down the hall from the... More

The location for the airport was spot on. Parking was easy; check in was even easier. The room was spotless and spacious. Good sized bathroom and large powerful shower. The bed was comfy but had a plastic mattress protector on it. From the balcony you could see Mount Vesuvius. The supermarket at the end of the road was really handy... More

The hotel is ok, recently redecorated in a rococo style. The room are clean and sufficiently spacious. Staff is very helpful. The problem is the location. Very bad side of the Napoli airport and suburbs. If you do not have your own car be prepared to get ripped by the taxi mafia. In this case better stay in town. Positive... More

It is a shame that this hotel is not ideal as the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately if you book this hotel after arriving from Naples airport, the taxis will charge 40 euro as the hotel is not in the Naples area, even though it is only ten minutes drive from the airport. The area around the hotel is not... More

On the 16th of August we booked a room at the Luxor Hotel because it is so close to the International airport Capodichino in Naples, where our son and his girlfriend were arriving early the next morning from New York. We were greeted by Sonny, the friendliest front desk clerk we'd ever met! He welcomed us with a big smile... More

Great hotel in proximity to the Naples airport. Not much around it, but the hotel team did a wonderful job making us feel at home and taking care of anything we needed. We stayed there at the end of a long 10-day trip in Italy, and the hotel team not only handled ordering our dinner for us (dinner was not... More

Hotel? No i'd say more of a motel. Had a perfectly fine stay here, friendly staff. It's a motel with a Luxor feel, but the rooms are basic. What was not good for us was the 35 euro taxi drive from the train station and the hotels 25 euro charge for a shuttle bus/aka private taxi. Not such a cheap... More

For an 3-star hotel close to the airport (the reason we booked it in the first place) but on the opposite side of the entrance, the shuttle service costs 25€ per ride (impossible to do on foot or public transport). It is in fact easier to catch the alibus at the Airport to stay in hotel in the city center.... More

This recently renovated hotel is located near Naples Capodichino airport. Use it only for one night, because its reasonably priced. Nothing to see there but Naples suburb and autostrade. Dont get confused about the expression _near_, its 50mins walking from the airport terminal! Shuttle/taxi service is naturally chargable but ofc available. We had an early checkout 4.45am but that wasnt... More
