Place was quiet , which I enjoyed and safe , as it is 24 hour gated residential resort. Had nearby supermarkets and shopping malls . 10 mins away in either direction, a car is necessary and needed to get to and throw. To restaurants and the beach which is 15 mins away . With the harbour Kusadasi town 20 mins away

It is so sad that this resort is changing to a total residential area from 31.01.24. We spent our last holiday there last year. However I am confused that all inclusive holidays are still being advertising

My 13 year old son and I stayed here for a week during half term. He enjoyed it, especially the local beach which is easy to get to by shuttle. It was peaceful then and handy to have the all inclusive extend to the bar at the beach. We used points to stay here then paid for the all inclusive package for food and drinks. The club house was lovely and better for food and drinks as we did get tired of some of the other options. We had a private golf lesson at the club house which was fun. The accommodation was nice and great to have a hot tub to ourselves. Even though the cleaners were meant to come occasionally they came more often. The spa was decent and reasonably priced for the two of us. The main issue was the dogs roaming around the restaurants even in the evening! It put us off and we won’t return because of this.

Visited this hotel the last week of the season. with a 11 year old child, great for families, choice of pools (very cold!) I found the main pool to be a nice temp but if you prefer quieter more relaxing pool there's plenty of choice. Pool with slides ran 10am-12pm then again 2pm-4pm. Yes there are cats and dogs around the resort, which didn't bother me, if you leave them alone they leave you alone. Worth a visit into the town centre for shops/food etc but rather than paying for a return taxi I would contact a restaurant who will pick you up for free if you dine there and even if you go shopping or around other bars return and they will take you back. Entertainment ok, fire show brilliant. Food standard All Inclusive buffet food, not fantastic but always something, the show cooking area outside best by far. Rooms are HUGE and used the washing machine (they provided tablets for this as well as the dishwasher) came in very handy to wash before returning to the UK weather! Only issue was that in our one week stay the cleaner only visited once which was on day 2, so rooms not cleaned and towels not changed for the last 5 days. I would high recommend this hotel for a valuable family holiday.

Nice resort and friendly staff but their treatment of the stray dogs and cats is very cruel and uncaring. They don’t give water or feed and force people not to feed them. If you like animals, please think twice to come here.

We have just left Wyndham before the season ended , I must say that it’s a lovely and big hotel . First of all reception were very welcoming . Rooms are absolutely amazing and spacious . There was a washing machine , iron , and etc which was a plus . House keeping was brilliant and make designs with the towels which was nice especially when you have tipped them . Food is almost the same as in every all inclusive hotels , but they were varieties , and a lot of choices and you will definitely find something to eat and the waiters go above and beyond The hotel has 2 main bar for inclusive , one of them which is the main pool and the other which is at the reception, one of them closes late , most the bar staffs treat you and look after you . The hotel is 15 - 30mins max from the city so if you want to go the city for food & etc , u can get a cab from the hotel which doesn’t cost soo much compared to the distance !! But also if you prefer you can go out for a meal to some restaurants which will pick you up & drop you off for free , and can even do shopping while you went !! U can check these restaurants . Saray Restaurant ( good food , good entertainment , and close to the shops etc ) , also Casablanca, Hong Kong chinese & golden boys are worth it , all free pick up & drop off . The hotel has a beach , which is 20mins max ( nb . There are no shops around the beach ) which I can book with the lovely & kind guest relations and there is a free shuttle from the hotel !! Make sure you book your excursions with Ali at the excursion office , of course if you are not booking with your Rep . Entertainment team is the main body of this hotel , they make this hotel , they work so hard and go beyond and above , they try their best for everyone. The daily entertainments take place around the *main pool * which has the slides & etc .. Evening entertainment mainly takes place at the * AMPHITHEATER * which is close to the main gate ( security) , being at the main pool makes you not to Miss a lot as they give most important informations !! They were a lot of good shows & activities !! Special shout to MR JESSE , EMRE , WALLY , the mini club girls , they all went above and beyond !! IN ALL WE WILL RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN & AGAIN !!

Visited this hotel at the very end of the season, got a very good deal with Jet2 so given the cost expectations weren’t high. The good, Enjoyed my time, yes it’s hilly but ok, food good choice, drinks good, pool area kept clean, we upgraded to ultra all inclusive for the last two days and enjoyed dinner in the club house and the premium drinks. The bad, the cleaners came once during our stay, the pools were cold ( but it was end of oct) I took my golf clubs with the intention of playing, however the course only waters the greens, the fairways were like concrete so I didn’t bother wasting €70 on a green fee. With regards to the dogs and cats, yes there was a lot, but they did keep away if you didn’t interact, unfortunately I witnessed one lady letting a cat eat from her plate as she was eating! You can’t account for that behaviour, not the cars fault. If you don’t pay a fortune It’s perfect adequate

We visited in August for a family holiday. The place is great for kids, lots of pools and slides. There is one main restaurant, the food was tasty with lots of variety however I would suggest you go for dinner really early or after 8pm as you might find yourself waiting for an empty table to become available. Please note the water in the apartments are not suitable for cooking or drinking therefore you will need to daily stock up on water bottles which are available at the bars and the main restaurant. I found this inconvenient, constantly getting water bottles every day and walking up the hill, I wish I had requested for the bottles to be delivered to the apartments earlier during the holiday. Our bartender Adil who was working at Olive bar was fantastic, super efficient and helpful. He knew what we wanted to order every day and would always smile even when he was really busy. We had good interactions with Guest Relations Manager Ecem who would help us sort out any issues. Overall a great holiday, a good mix of having to our own apartment as well as the facilities of a hotel.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Wyndham Kusadasi & have very mixed feelings about our stay. I will begin on a positive note & that is that the rooms are spacious & well equipped. The staff are friendly & the grounds are well maintained. However, it is not a 4 star hotel (3 at the most) & even though it has a spa, children were constantly running in & out of the sauna & spa pool resulting in water all over the floor making it extremely slippy! Anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience will not find it here. We were part of a large party of 30 people & virtually all of us have had items stolen from our rooms, namely swimwear, underwear, perfume & toiletries. This was reported to reception & whilst they said they would look into it, nothing was done! Upon reading other reviews on other sites it would appear that this has happened to alot of guests so there is clearly a problem at this hotel!! The pool bars/snack bars are nice & serve some really good food. The buffet restaurant started out OK, but as we were booked for the last 2 weeks of the season, this quickly changed. Anything that was pre-cooked was cold therefore there were long queues for the freshly cooked food which for the last week of our holiday was only chicken & chips. We therefore ended up paying for taxi's to take us into Kusadasi on several occasions to ensure that we had a decent hot meal. In my opinion, I think that holiday companies should think twice about taking bookings for this resort so late in the season if they are not going to provide the same level of quality & service. Our last day was 2 days before the hotel closed & it was very evident that they were winding down & getting ready to close. As the hotel is situated in the mountains, it is not on or by a beach. The hotel runs a bus service to a beach where the hotel have a beach bar, but this is 20 minutes ride away & is dismal (nothing like the pictures we saw on-line). The sunbeds were filthy & covered in mould & the beach wasn't really a beach, just a small strip of sand. When we visited every single person got straight back on the bus & asked to be taken back to the hotel. Overall we won't be returning to this hotel & do not recommend it to anyone thinking about booking. You always take a gamble with regards to the food on an all inclusive holiday, particularly when there is only one restaurant, but when you cannot trust the staff not to steal your belongings & it clearly wasn't a one off, then that is another matter. What could have been an OK holiday has been tainted by this & having never experienced anything like it before think people should be aware of the risk before booking.
