Great accommodation if a little out of the way but very manageable if you have a car. Beautiful location overlooking hills, farm land and Moray Firth. Great fun friendly couple run this very clean B&B. Breakfast excellent and fresh served with a smile. 20 minute drive to Inverness and another 15 minutes to the Airport. Short drive to local pub...

We stayed for two nights and found it charming and comfortable. Our hosts Steve and Fiona were so helpful and accommodating. Steve gave us a lot of information about the local area and Fiona's breakfasts were delicious. They were lovely to chat to and we wished we could have stayed longer. The room were very comfortable and quiet. Quite close...

Stayed here a few months back whilst travelling around the NC500 route and it did not disappoint, even if it was only one night. Top marks to the owner, it really is a beautiful B&B situated in amongst some beautiful farmlands, which dominate across that side of the Kessock. Room was brilliant, practically faultless really. Breakfast was amazing. Locally sourced...

We stayed at Hillhaven for 3 nights in June 2016. The location is open countryside about 2 miles from Fortrose with lovely views. Our room was very comfortable with huge bathroom including spa bath and separate shower. Excellent Scottish breakfast. However, the best feature is overwhelmingly the warm, friendly welcome from Steven and Fiona. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful owners. The main bathroom has a double shower with seats and multiple settings. It is 2 miles outside Fortrose on Ord Hill and has views over the farmland. It is best to follow the B&B signs from Fortrose as some sat navs take you to the next road, which is half a mile away.

Stayed overnight with my father in a twin room as a stop over before going to Fort George. While the B&B is a bit off the beaten track, it cannot be faulted. The views are great, the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows, coffee and tea in the room with the surprise of carry out cups. The shower room is...
