This B&B is excellent and the cleanest property I have ever stayed in simply spotless. The owners make you feel really welcome and the breakfast is to die for. The view from the rooms are simply stunning and a photographers dream of a place to stay. If Bill and Gill were to enter 4 in a bed they would win... More

This is B and B at its absolute best! The property itself is stunning and in a glorious position overlooking the Moray Firth. The owners, Bill and Gill, have put the greatest effort into making the whole house sumptuous. The views from the bedrooms and garden are magnificent. The breakfasts are delicious, with lots of choice including pancakes with bacon,... More

We were greeted by Bill, a lovely man, who showed us our room. The view from the room's verandah was amazing and Bill gave us advice as to the best places to visit that evening. In the morning the breakfast, cooked by Gill, was lovely and the other guests were chatty. The Waters Edge only takes three couples so it... More

We first visited here four years ago and rebooked because it was that good. Bill and Gill didnt disapoint, it was again superb. We did want our original room as you can sit in the bath and see the Forth but a mix up meant someone else got 'our' room. Not to worry, the room we got was spectacular. Everything... More

We recently spent two nights at Water's Edge during our 14 day road trip around the 'North Coast 500' - though with all our diversions to explore the remoter areas it became the North Coast 2000! Bill and Gill were wonderful hosts and as fellow Lancastrians we really appreciated their northern humour and hospitality. Their beautifully located B&B is sumptuously... More

We only stayed here for one night on our North Coast 500 trip but to be quite honest, I'd like to just move in. It's definitely priced at the luxury end of the market but it delivers in spades.
