The staff was great, we had an issue with loud students and were moved to a quieter room. No problems after that. Made sure we had reservations for dinner as the seats fill up quickly. A great Central location

Nice hotel, outside is discouraging but the rooms are nice, recent renovation and good furniture. The internet access is one by gadget, some get as many access from the front desk as possible. The attached restaurant meal is great. Best hotel for family with kids under 2.

We arrived on a public holiday in the (very) off season and booked the room very last minute. The manager got in touch with us very promptly about booking a room and even sent her husband to get us from the airport because she knew taxis would be an issue! Talk about accommodating. The room was big and clean, though...

We stayed in this nice hotel four days. The rooms were excellent for the price. Clean warm and with wi fi and tv. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but not huge in variety. The service was excellent and nothing was a bother. A real mom and dad hotel. I would recommend it to anyone or any...

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was conveniently located near the ferry dock and the rooms were clean and inviting. We plan on returning next year and will definately be staying at Hotel Robert again. Thank you for making our anniversary a very enjoyable one.

The hotel is centrally located and has a very good restaurant. My room had a sea view and was very comfortable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would stay there again if I returned to Saint Pierre.

L'Hotel du Vieux Port/ Hotel Robert is a very interesting place to stay! Also, extremely convenient! The rooms feel like a throwback to the 50's but are quite comfortable and clean. (The hotel itself is apparently a throwback to Prohibition Days). St. Pierre is a lovely little French town (the people all seem very comfortable with English also). Our favorite...

The hotel staff are very friendly and have a great knowledge of St Pierre island. They also know everyone in the village which makes your trip easy to see things or make plans on your vacation. Have the staff book you meals because the restaurants get filled fast and you get a better table when book by the hotel. Merci...

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Four days was enough as the island is small. Meals and wine were great. We took the van tour of the island and enjoyed it. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Do not miss the trip by ferry to lIle aux Marins.
