Key advantages include having golfing and onsen facilities. But rooms are generally comfortable but hotel is generally are in need of a refresh considering it is a 4 star hotel. Buffet dinner in the hotel had a good variety but taste and quality was generally average. Had a better experience for breakfast. There are ample parking spaces but not easily...

We only stayed one night in a three futon Japanese style room. It was a decent size and has two toilets which was very useful. Good laundry facilities (it was that stage in the holiday when I needed to either do a load of washing or buy new clothes!) Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and as the restaurant...

I was staying in the fifth floor but the WIFI was not working at all. Front desk stuff pull out a paper in English stating clearly that they won't help in troubleshooting WIFI. Breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. Facilities included a open hot bathtub and this is very nice in Winter. Fantastic view from the Hotel after a...

Was booked into this hotel by my Japanese friend. The price was fair and when I see the room, felt that it's pretty good value for the money. Disappointment was the requested non-smoking room was not available although pre-booked. But somehow, the smoking room did not reek of cigarette. So it was ok. The size was for my twin share...

A little worn out, but still a very wonderful place in a beautiful landscape. Great onsen-spring, both indoor and outdoor. Fantastic view from the restaurant to the surrounding landscape. Recommendable.

We stayed in this hotel during our last night in Hokkaido before heading to the airport. Room has a nice view of the golf course but was a tad small for a triple room. Nearby Mitsui outlet mall is nice to venture out to via the hotel free shuttle bus. But for the return journey, the shuttle bus queue is...

We stayed for one night at this hotel before driving to Lake Toya. The hotel is located quite some distance of the city center, so it is more accessible if you drive. Free parking space. Spacious enough even with an extra bed. Large window offers a fantastic view of the golf course and the mountains. The breakfast buffet offers a...

This hotel opened as a Prince Hotel golf resort at the height of the real estate bubble and has changed ownership several times since. The current incarnation with the addition of its own onsen and fitness club seems to be doing quite well--there were busloads of Chinese tourists there when we stayed late July - early August. Pros: Surrounded by...

I am not sure who would choose to stay here! I stayed in this hotel since I have a family living in Kitahiroshima - this is the only hotel. It is old, tired and run down. My room wreaked of tobacco smoke - I had a severe allergic reaction after sleeping in the room for three nights, despite the fact...
