The only good thing of this place is the position(very close to Borobudur temple). The rest is less than average. The room is spartan and it doesn't seem very clean, especially the bathroom(there is only the toilet, no shower, no sink). The meals aren't good at all, we eat at Rajasa because of the late our but it wasn't neither...

This hotel, I can only think the location as the most significant part of my experience. There's nothing good enough in the hotel. All of it was just okay, with that room rate. The room is not really comfy, and not really clean. i got this goosebumps first thing I got into the room. I mean, its good if you're...

The only positive of this place is the location. We're backpackers and have stayed in many average places, but this takes the cake. The room stank from the bathroom which only had a curtain for the "door". The food is atrocious unfortunately, and there's no where else really close to actually eat. 200,000 for a twin room with a fan,...

The best thing about this hotel is it's perfect location near Borobudur temple, so you can reach it's gate by walking, which takes only few minutes. Hotel itself is not very special. We had room with fan, whis was well-functioning, but private toilet was a little bit smelly. There was also an anthill in front of our doors and partly...

Hotel Rajasa is a short five minute stroll to the entry gates for the Borobodur temple - a fantastic location. That's about all it has going for it. Service was poor, we were handed a key and that was the only interaction. Same upon checkout, we had to find someone to be able to leave. The room was dark and...

Exactly as described in LPG, however I would add that room 103 has a horrid cockroach problem. They were entering the room through the floor drain in the bathroom - I had to keep sweeping them out since my teens were unwilling to deal with them. I counted seven including the dead one under the closet cabinet. Room 103's AC...

On a trip to Borobudur, I stayed at this hotel. Would I choose it again? For sure not. The best asset is it's close location to the Borobudur temple (go early to avoid the crowd) and it's nice overview of the rice fields at the back. Staff speaks little to no English, so learn sole bahasa Indonesian or write some...

Visited for lunch one day and it was desolate. Nobody around including staff and when someone did appear, they seemed surprised to see us. The food was fine at a reasonable price, but given the hotel reviews I'm not sure I would eat here again. At the time, we wondered how the place was remaining in business and after reading...

It's probably the worst place in Borobudur! OK, it's close to the temple! OK, it overlooks scenic rice fields! OK, it has nice and friendly staff. But that's it! Nothing more but dirt. The bathroom has nothing working properly and the only cleaning they provide to the room is sweeping the floor. Huge pity as it could be a great...

The owners are nice but speak very little english. We originally wanted to go to the Lotus but they said they had someone sick there and they didn't have our room anymore, they offered to bring us to the Rajasa and they organised the room for us. We got one without air con, for the time of year we went...
