Perfectly located on the South Coast, we are nestled between the South Downs and the lapping waters of Chichester Harbour, with the city of Chichester and the Goodwood Estate just a few minutes drive to our east and Emsworth and Portsmouth to our west. In each of our elegant en-suite rooms, you can enjoy one of our Hypnos™ beds with crisp white linen, tea and coffee facilities, a flat screen TV, free high speed WiFi and a range of toiletries. Well appointed, tastefully decorated and comfortable accommodation with off street parking. Jane is a delightful host, very attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed an excellent vegetarian breakfast before our departure. There is a lovely garden terrace which unfortunately we were unable to make use of because of the weather. We would thoroughly recommend the Bosham Boathouse

I stayed at the Boathouse for 2 nights to attend a local wedding. The double ensuite room was lovely: the bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe space made it very easy to organise my wedding outfit. Jane, the manager of the B&B, was very friendly and brought a continental breakfast included in the room rate each morning. The value for money in this stay was excellent. I recommend the Boathouse to anyone staying in Bosham or the surrounding area.

This is an outstanding place. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent bed. The kitchen was generously provisioned with tea, coffee, chocolate…There was a lovely outdoor area where we sat and had breakfast. The continental breakfast, included in the room rate, was delicious. Anne, our host couldn’t do enough for us. Bravo Anne.

Great place to stay as a base for a visit. We went for a festival close by and Bosham Boathouse was ideal for us. Our host was really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with lovely little touches that were greatly appreciated. For a relatively small area there's a great choice of local pubs. Also a convenience shop for any last minute necessities. It will be top of our list when we visit the area again.

We have stayed at The bosham Boathouse a few times now and always enjoy our few days here. We stayed in the Apuldram room this time and found it perfect for our requirements. Jane is the perfect host and cooks a lovely breakfast.

Jane is a friendly host, nothing is too much trouble, comfortable accommodation set in beautiful grounds with on site parking. Bosham is a great location local to Chichester and the Witterings coast the beaches are beautiful with plenty of walks Good food at the local pubs a special place for a get away

While enjoying a day at the races, we decided to spend a couple of nights nearby at the Bosham Boathouse. Our stay was very enjoyable and the terrible weather didn’t put too much of a dampener on our short break. We arrived on Tuesday 1st August and were greeted by Jane and shown to our room. We stayed in the Chidham for two nights and opted for the cooked breakfast option on both mornings. Our room was immaculate and the shower was excellent. My partner and I had the full English breakfast on both mornings and it was excellent on both occasions. Whilst chatting to other guests over breakfast it appears that many guests are returning customers which only reinforces the reputation of the Bosham Boathouse. If I am in the Chichester area again in the future and need accomodation, Jane’s guest house will be at the top of the list.…
