Excellent value friendly welcome by Chrissie the owner , we had the garden room very secluded in a wonderful flower filled garden very comfortable with all luxury amenities, Two deep steps down to it, with help of hand rail. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Could have a slightly bigger TV on wall, but not that important. Chocs fruit cakes bottled water...

We are not typical B&B guests usually staying at hotels, but found a little gem with White barn. The garden room is a separare building accessible via the garden making it more private, a path leading up surrounded by flowers. The added touches of chocolates in the room, great choice of teas, a lovely fruit medley at breakfast as well...

Chrissie was most welcoming and showed us to the Goodwood room. Although not huge it has a comfortable bed, seating area and modern ensuite. Breakfast was plentiful with a good fresh fruit salad and and an extensive choice of cooked food, the bacon and sausages were very good. The breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the very pretty garden. There is...

The owner of the b&b is delightful and friendly she is very informative providing lots...

We prefer quality b and bs to impersonal hotels, and this one certainly deserves the description of " quality ". Chrissie ( and canine host Charlie ) made us very welcome, and the accommodation is of a very high standard. Delicious breakfasts, our room overlooked the very pretty garden. The house is situated in a very quiet location but only...

We have just spent three nights at this b&b and cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed in the Goodwood Room which is lovely, with fresh white crisp bed linen, tea tray with lots of choice of drinks and packets of very tasty unusual biscuits. The shower room was very nice and spacious with all the usual shampoos, etc supplied....
