We loved the look of the hotel from the outside, plenty of parking space too.
Room was clean and welcoming ( heating was on), lovely touch with the chocolate on the bed.
Smart TV
Mini fridge
Fluffy towels and excellent shower
Evening meal had lots of choice and gluten free for some of them too.
Breakfast was good
The owner was friendly and made time to speak to us.

Suggestions
Mattress topper
thicker duvet
pillows need renewed
box of hankies in bathroom
chopped fruit for breakfast rather than whole fruits
more gluten free products (displayed) for breakfast

I stayed with my partner as the beginning and end of the Northeast 250 Roadtrip (which I would 100% recommend as well). Our stay at the Pinehurst was wonderful! The staff were incredibly attentive and the cocktails were delicious, as was the food. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, and felt cosy, as well as spacious. You could tell that they really had put in a lot of effort to make it special for us- would honestly recommend this place to anyone and cannot recommend it enough for food, drinks or a wonderful stay in Aberdeen.

Stayed the weekend for our wedding anniversary and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The hotel is set in lovely gardens full of bird calls and never even noticed the airport a few miles away even though we sat outside in the attractive bear garden for lunch. The breakfast was excellent as was the dinner later that evening, and wasn’t too pricy. The room was comfortable and quiet overlooking gardens, WiFi was excellent. The owners and staff foster a very relaxed atmosphere for guests and couldn’t be any more helpful or pleasant, so much so, we’ve changed our plans for August and booked 8 days here instead.

Firstly, food is good here and service is good also but, when you just want to nip out for a quick pub grub lunch (which is what this is to be fair), it's a bit pricey to be honest.

We used to use it a lot to take clients for lunch but becoming less now as noticed the prices creeping up year on year. Fair play to them if they can get away with it - there's not much else to compete with them around here but feel I should say it as I see it.

I took my partner and 2 boys (7 and 3) to pinehurst Lodge for our Sunday meal after coming across an offer on a local facebook page.
When we arrived we were delighted with what we seen, the hotel looked great and the grounds were immaculately kept and there was plenty of parking.
Upon entering we were seen to very quickly by friendly staff. When we were sat down again staff were very responsive to us and we weren't waiting more than 2 minutes them to take our drink order. When the food arrived it was unreal, we had a roast and soup and can't speak highly enough of it. My partner loved the cocktail selection and when it came to pudding the cheesecake was easily the best I've had. We will be looking forward to making this a fairly regular thing and will recommend to everyone.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and well trained. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
We had several meals in the hotel and enjoyed them all.
There is a fantastic selection of scottish whisky’s on show in the bar. I never knew there were so many.

We arrived after a long (550 mile) drive from London for a 4 night stay in this hotel.
We were shown to our room which was unfortunately on the first floor and did not have a bath.
I should have advised the hotel that we needed a ground floor room and a room with a bath as my wife is on dialysis.
When I mentioned this to the manager he was very understanding and helpful and advised me that a room on the ground floor with a bath would be available the following day if we did not mind moving after 1 night.
We agreed to this and next da6 we moved to the ground floor room and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very near the airport, so very handy.

Ordered for wife's birthday through the app, which gave 20% off bill, which was very straightforward. Picking up the food was also simple. Food was absolutely excellent and big portions. Staff were very helpful and polite throughout. Highly recommended!

What can I say ..FANTASTIC!
Had ordered 2 senior citizens 3 course meal deals and 2 regular 3 course meal deals.
Lovely home-made lentil soup, roast meal with turkey, ham, beef and all the trimmings, great choice of yummy desserts.
Everything was cooked to perfection and piping hot. Great portion sizes even for the senior meals.
Really impressed that they even managed to do a full roast meal gluten free for my elderly father...best he has ever had!
Well done chefs, well done staff...definately be using this service again! 10/10

My wife and I recently got a 3 course meal from Pinehurst for less than £20. Got a takeaway due to COVID and was easily ordered online.

We both had soup for starters, beef and chicken with stuffing and gravy for the main course and finally sticky toffee pudding for sweet.

Very tasty food and look forward to eating there once the pandemic is over.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and quiet accommodation and only 15 mins drive to Aberdeen centre. Handy fridge in room. Breakfast time cut off is 8.30 on weekdays which is a bit early to stop serving if you are on holiday, also breakfast fruit juice is a squash/drink, not pure juice which is better ! But other than that all pretty good.
