Thank you for your feedback on your experience at our hotel. I am disappointed to read your comments about your breakfast experience, this is not our usual level of service. Please accept my apologies for the standard which you had received on this occasion. I am sorry your stay was cut short as I'm sure your experience would have been...

I stay at this hotel at least once a week and organise my travel around it. Ideal for commuting as it is 5 minutes off the M4 and 2 minutes off M32. It misses all of the traffic going into Bristol City. Also 5 minutes by taxi from Parkway station (dependant on time of day). The grounds are well kept,...

Functional hotel and pleasant helpful staff (most non UK if course - dread to think what happens post Brexit) Food service and quality poor. Lunch service understaffed. Dinner. Ordered sirloin and presented with poor quality rubber tasteless thin slice of something compounded by a cold plate. Too hungry and tired to cause a scene. Will just vote with feet.

Stayed overnight for a work visit. It's easy enough to find. I hadn't realised it has a pool and gym, so can't comment on those. They may influence your decision. The rooms are smaller and certainly no better equipped than the Holiday Inn Express 5 minutes down the road. Breakfasts are slightly better here than at the HIE, but there's...

Bit shabby on outside but interior fine. Just off motorways and loads of parking. Quite far out of town and nothing close by so it's a drive or taxi into Bristol. Staff very friendly, rooms basic but adequate and gym/pool ok. Restaurant/bar quite nice; breakfast good but otherwise basic fare (and not cheap). Can use Gourmet card with 50% off...

Wasn't expecting much from a Holiday Inn, but had exceptional customer service from start to finish. Rooms were clean, the bed comfy and the shower was brilliant. Particular mention to Brittany, who was incredibly professional and friendly.

Great location, close to M4 just off M32. Easy reach of Filton businesses. Always welcomed as a IHG member, the lady that checked me in even remembered me from my last stay. I stayed 1 night Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for £131. Dinner was 3 courses from a set menu. Cozy Double Room, perfect for one. Clean, comfortable, well lit,...

As regular in Holiday Inn's I have seen good and bad and this sits somewhere in the middle. Ideally situated for the University of West England this is your average corporate hotel. The rooms are looking a little tired now and could do with an upgrade and the prices are on the steep side. The food in the restaurant was...
