The caravan was standard but still seemed unusually small. Once we got a travel cot in, you couldn't walk around and it felt extremely claustrophobic. And because the travel cot couldn't fit anywhere else, i had to sleep on the sofa to be close to the baby which was a wooden box and a cushion. So that was disappointing. Not...

Been going to Thornwick bay holiday park for years ,haven have taken over this season , and prices for holidays have gone up massively.Improvements have been made round the park , but a don`t feel this should result in a price increase of over £500 on a static caravan for a week . When all costs are added up you...

Had a wonderful time on our first UK family break! My 4 year old loved every moment especially the indoor soft play. We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks to all the staff for making our time so much fun.

This holiday camp has got to have the friendliest most helpful staff of anywhere I have stayed. stunning surroundings, fantastic food, real ales, great entertainment, what more can you ask for. The surrounding areas made for great family days out with stunning views, lovely beaches and loads to do. I would recommend this site to anyone young and old.

Absolutely perfect place. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. Entertainment was superb and we loved the nightly adventure with the Seaside Squad. Our little girl was in her element and keeps saying that she wants to go back. I cannot believe we paid so little yet got so much.

Booked here for a last minute weekend and weren't disappointed. The pool is amazing and very clean. The caravan was fab, they even upgraded us. The site was very quiet with plenty of things to do. The only thing we was sad about was that they hadn't got an haven beach chair. It's family tradition to get a photo of...

We used the touring caravan section of this holiday village. The welcome was very warm, the staff friendly and helpful. The pitch was a 'super' pitch with water, drainage and electricity which makes for a more restful experience. There has been a huge investment which means there are great facilities, café, restaurant bar, theatre, swim pool, gym, launderette, shop and play area...

Enjoyed two nights in a comfort chalet, very clean, comfortable beds, only downside, was the small sized shower! Saying that would be happy to return! Haven has spent loads of money here, pool is great, bar fantastic, staff great!

As big fans of Reighton Sands, we booked Thornwick with trepidation! Driving into the park, it is immaculate, the security lady gave us a wave, very welcoming! Checked in with no problems, 20 minutes early so we went for a wander! We always book a prestige and once again, we were impressed! Lovely clean, smart van. We had an issue...
