I traveled to Qiqihar for some business meetings with telecom operators there. I visited this hotel and it seemed like it look like it had not been maintained for years. Bathroom was a poorly lit room that you feet stuck to the floor. The restaurant on the second floor was closed down. There are better hotels in town. This is...

Not sure why this place bears 4 Stars. It is run down and disgustingly dirty. Carpet filthy, hair on the bathroom floor. Huge rooms, with lights and other appliances only working after the service has been called to fix them. Harrassing phone calls every 30 minutes until you pull the plug. Stayed here one night and I would have checked straight back out and left if it was not midnight when I arrived! The rooms are filthy with carpets thick with dirt and stains, dirty walls, broken fixtures, smashed tiles and dirty bathrooms. To cap it all, I checked the bed sheets as the place was that dirty and found bed...

Bad service.. Huge room but the sofa and carpet full of stains and dirts..had to wear slipper all around. The toilet's floor was so sticky and full of hair... Can't believe it 4 Star Hotel!!!!
