Consistently good. No matter which Premier Inn I stay in, they never let me down. Clean and really comfortable beds, and staff always happy to help! I have stayed in Hilton Hotels and bedding at Premier Inn are better to be honest. I will always search for a Premier Inn before any other hotel, no matter where we are going,...

There is a good reason why I always try to stay in premier inns when away for work....... Pleasant, welcoming staff, nice, clean rooms. All you need. Second time in a month I have stayed here, by my own choice. Need I say more? One very minor criticism, some rooms faces the main Bristol Ring Road so can be a...

Stayed here a few times, but this was not a good stay. Hot days, and there is no cooling, so you have to keep the windows open, but they all face either the ring road, or the car park. So you are either woken up a lot, or you boil - we reached 27 degrees in our room. Not much...

Spent one night here as we were going to the balloon fiesta the next day with friends. Great location for local retail park and restaurants and easy access from motorway and ring road. The room was clean and tidy and the fan was on when we entered. Without the fan, this room did get very hot so it was good...

stayed here for 1 night while visiting family in Bristol. We appreciated the excellent quality of the bedding, towels, pillows & bed itself. We were greeted with a high level of hospitality. Free Wifi, strong water pressure for the shower. We didn't find it noisy at all & slept very well. Checking in & out was a breeze, no waiting,...

Booked into the Premier Inn, Emersons Green on our way down to Devon for a family holiday. Our first impressions were of a very new looking inn and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very quiet,as requested, clean and bright, everything we hoped for.Dinner was booked in the on site Beefeater where we had an exceptional meal with brilliant service...

Early evening meal. Long wait to be seated, asked for a booth, but were given a table, although restaurant not busy, long wait for order to be taken, waitress admitted not enough staff on. Long wait for bill to be sorted. Food was good.

I'm always praising Premier Inn for their standards of comfort but they still fail to go that extra yard or two - particularly for aged and disabled. At last I was allocated a room next to reception but before I got there I had to negotiate an enormous downhill slop of approx. 100yds from the disabled parking bay. There is...

Arrived on the Sunday afternoon and no problem with check in. Room very clean and modern. Plenty of plugs-which come in handy with phones etc to charge. Didn't use the Beefeater next door as plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We were on the ground floor (room 4) but didn't hear any...
