    I cannot talk for every room in the hotel, but we stayed in room 5 and it was appalling! The window is less than 10m from the roadside with traffic passing all through the night. This caused me and my wife to wake up with...More

    Room was a little disappointing , however the staff were really lovely and so was breakfast! The walk to the rear of the hotel "The Tissington Trail" was beautiful taking in Tissington Hamlet which boasts a lovely Tea Room.

    That depends on where you are walking. The Bluebell at Tissington, just of the trail is closing shortly. there are two pubs in Alstonefield . We did not walk the Trail North so not aware of any that way.
