The whole experience was horrible. It promotes itself as "all inclusive hotel" but in reality the services that it offers are so bad that you have to pay for everything. For starters, the sheets were dirty and they didn't changed them for 3days. In general, I don't think that the cleaning service at this hotel is efficient at all. Secondly,...

nothing negative: good food, nice personnel, clean place, great view, wonderful beach. I definately could come and stay again!!! just 2 small observations: 1) a wider range of menu variety would be welcome 2) insect nets on the front windows should be very acceptable, in order to keep the windows open and don't use the air-condition

The hotel was wonderful. The room was innovated in 2015,clean, with air condition. At the restaurant the variety of the food was brilliant and plentiful. The staff was friendly and always ready to help you. The view was idyllic even if you were at the restaurant, at your room or swimming at the pool.

I have used an all-inclusive program, from which I have the best impressions. Food was very good, among the best of a similar hotel experiences. Service was Excellent, to say the...
