This is a small boutique hotel situated in Agios Ioannis which is a bay, just 15 minutes from Mykonos town. The hotel opened 10 years ago, but you could be forgiven for thinking it only just opened, as everywhere is immaculate. The whole hotel is furnished in light tasteful colours and our room comfortably accommodated three people. There is a small pool and deck area overlooking the bay, a calm oasis. Food and drinks can be purchased at the bar.
What really makes this place though, are the owners. They are charming and so helpful whether you need restaurant recommendations (always spot on) or advice on places to go, they have a wealth of information to share.
I travel a lot in my role as a travel agent and experience all levels of hotels. Lithos is firmly in my top list of hotels to go to and I will have no hesitation is recommending it to all my fellow travel colleagues and customers.

This hotel stay was unlike any other I have experienced. It felt as if we were just visiting old friends who happen to have a very lovely home. Marios and Marina were so helpful, informative and kind. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had some of the best sleep, no noise at all from the cars or scooters like in downtown hotels. The perfect getaway from bustling downtown. Farhat, at the pool bar was attentive and friendly, always offering refreshments and clean towels. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of Greek cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries, fresh pressed juice and coffee-well worth the price!

Usually when we vacation, we use our hotels just to shower/sleep and we spend the entire day out. Lithos and it’s staff offer everything you need to stay in and really enjoy yourself. I didn’t know staying in would be so fun. Even after we checked out, we later retuned to have one last visit and drink with Marios and Farhat at the poolbar! Mario will prepare you the BEST Mai Tai of your life.

There are so many places in the world we have yet to see so I don’t know if Mykonos is in our future again but, if it is, I can say with 100% certainty that we would stay at Lithos again. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff!!

Having stayed in hundreds of boutique hotels, I can safely say this one tops them all. The location is perfect, mykonos is small and easy to get around so Lithos location is just outside Ornos and quiet at night. If you're a 20yo looking to party in Mykonos, probably best to stay close to the action, however if you're literally any other traveller, this is your hotel.

The rooms are huge, the pool is fantastic and the view is second to none. Bed is good, water pressure is strong and the AC blows cold. The hotel is fairly new which is a rarity in Europe! The food is top notch and the service here cannot be understated.

The ownership are friendly and hardworking, they help you with quite honestly every thing you can think of and even the stuff you can't think of. From their tips on places to and spots to eat, to helping us book a quad that was delivered and picked up from the hotel, this team is on top of it.

My wife and I agreed that mykonos was a fantastic choice and we can't wait to visit again and stay with Marios, his wife and their team at Lithos. Thank you again for the late night Negroni's and everything you fine folks did to make our stay the best!

This hotel is set in the picturesque area of Agios Ioannis, and it’s even better than what you see on line!

The hotel is family run and Marios and Marina can’t do enough for you. They gave us all the information on what to do and what to see whilst slew were there, and very friendly and helpful if we needed anything they were very attentive and could not do enough for us.

The room we stayed in was amazing, spacious, modern and with a large balcony with the amazing view to watch the sun sets. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were cleaned every day to such a high standard with clean bedding after a few days.

The pool and bar area was perfect and tranquil and the view was amazing and always spotless and clean, with plenty of sun beds and seating areas to soak up the sun.

The breakfast was lovely and freshly made every day with the best fresh orange juice! Nothing was too much for them to make sure you felt welcome and at home.
The lunch menu was also freshly made and so tasty.
Also a good variety of drinks and cocktails.

This hotel is a home away from home and a must stay as you will not regret it, everything about this hotel from start to finish has been amazing and definitely recommend, as it’s perfect for a nice relaxing holiday for family or friends.

There is also a bus stop right outside to take you too Mykonos Town or the next village along Ornos for €1.80 each way and they run all day if you fancy a change.

But if you need to book any trips just ask Marios or Marina they can point you in the right direction.

This is a 5*+ accommodation and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights finishing off our island hopping holiday, staying in two rooms ( 2 adults, 1 child). Check in was very comprehensive with explanations of the bus service, local beaches and restaurants and then restaurants on other parts of the island. The rooms were massive and stunning, comfy beds and pillows, quality bedding, lovely toiletries in the bathroom, shower had good water pressure and even a face cloth for removing makeup (which impressed me) We were given bottles of water and told to request more when we needed it. This was a first as other hotels in greece we had to purchase water so this was much appreciated. My sister was ill whilst staying and Marios brought her some electrolyte granules and whatsapped several times to check she was feeling better. The pool area, bar and sunbathing area was stunning and very peaceful. Lovely views and water was brought out to us. We ordered toasties and these were nice and on the second day, Marios phoned through a pizza order for us, which delivered whilst we were sunbathing. Breakfast is not included in the room price but we found was good value, plentiful and fresh. As my sister was still not feeling great we didnt visit Mykonos town and missed out on collecting a Mykonos coaster to finish off the collection of other islands. Marios was kind enough to go into town after we had left and posted this to us, which is what makes this hotel fantastic, the owners go above and beyond for their guests and make you feel at home. We will definitely be looking to return, only staying longer next time. Dont hesitate to book this hotel you wont be disappointed

We spent a week in this hotel in the beginning of August 2021. It is run really by whole family. She takes care of reception (check in, check out), he takes care of pool bar. Breakfast is also served there (8-11.30), price 12 euros per person. It is very good, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee also included.
Advices about island (beaches, restaurants, clubs) are provided from owners. Free parking (garage) is also there.
Very nice holidays, we will be there again.

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel. Marios and Marina are the kindest people you will ever meet in Mykonos. Communication pre-travel was timely as I needed current updates on covid restrictions before travel. They arranged for shuttle transportation from the airport and to the port, which was very convenient. They Also provided excellent restaurant and activity recommendations.

Upon my arrival, I was surprised with an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much !! As a healthcare provider who has been through so much this past year and a half and needed a break, it was appreciated. The rooms were huge, with amazing views from both the living area and the bedroom. Both had balconies. The rooms were exactly as described in the photos on the site. Rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well decorated. Rooms were cleaned daily.

There was a pool on the rooftop and a restaurant/bar with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious; I also ordered lunch on two occasions and a few cocktails. WiFi was reliable, very important as I needed to stay in touch with friends and family as I was traveling solo and also needed to catch up on school work.

I did not rent a car and relied on public transportation. The bus is convenient, stops right in front of the hotel, and goes to Mykonos center, which was not too far away ( 10 minutes). Since this was my second time here, I had visited Delos and the beach clubs, so they were not a priority. I wanted to explore the town/center, eat at good restaurants, and shop~ mission accomplished. I got to watch the most beautiful sunset at a nearby beach.
I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Mykonos. Excellent staff, great location, modern rooms. I could go on and on. Thank you so much for having me and for a comfortable and memorable vacation.

We’ve just returned from Mykonos and were really impressed by this place! Marios and his wife (owners) take great care of their guests. We had an amazing stay!

The hotel is very nice, offering beautiful views from the pool terrace, staff are very helpful, housekeeping’s top notch but what really stands out is Marios - going always an extra mile and does his utmost to make guests’ stay truly enjoyable. You won’t find this in most of the even best 5* hotels.

Can definitely recommend Lithos by Spyros & Flora to anyone and would love to come back again in the future!

Our stay here was honestly amazing. The whole experience given by the hotel owners and staff from the off was just perfect. We visited for a wedding down the road and had a few spare days. The owner very kindly took the time to understand our needs and what we wanted from our visit and recommended restaurants, transports and days out. He supplied maps that he had created with recommendation and timetables of buses to make our stay so simple. This hotel had thought of everything a customer could want and it is clear to see they do care. We also got to see the good relations between staff and management was very refreshing. I absolutely recommend this hotel and wish for everyone to experience what we did. Book the rooms with the sea view. It’s so worth it. What a beautiful hotel. We will absolutely return.

After many years of travelling this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! This beautiful stylish boutique hotel run by Marios and his team was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, Marios was in touch to offer assistance with the preparation of our stay and was extremely helpful with recommendations, the attention to detail is second to none. The team are all very welcoming and attentive, nothing is ever a problem. The hotel itself is immaculate, rooms are very spacious with wonderful views. If you are looking for a hotel in Mykonos then look no further, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Hello, How far is the nearest beach? Do you accept a 9 month baby and do you provide a cot bed? Thanks!

We went to Platis Gialos. The bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel & drops you downtown & another bus takes you directly to the beach. There’s a short walk to go down towards the beach. The boardwalk is lined with restaurants & if you’re eating with them, you get the beach chairs with drinks or food served to you right there. Great food, great location.

Hello, Thank you for your message. The nearest beach is about 200 meters away from the hotel. It is called Agios Ioannis. Infants are welcome to stay in our hotel and bay cots are available, free of charge. I remain at your disposal. Kind regards, Marios
