Liza and Mustafa, who are apart of the animation team, were extremely friendly and nice to us. They always made sure to include us. It felt like they became our friends at the end. We enjoyed the activities. The shows each night were very good and entertaining. The shops also had some nice stuff in them. The overall look of the hotel was very good and the gardens were very well kept. The range of day trips was good and the trips we chose we very fun. The hotel was completed isolated so most trips require a long bus or car journey. The tunnel under the road to the beach was well lit and it was really nice how the beach is clean. The food was nice however we would have liked some more vegan options, such as more range of fruit. The only downside would be the rooms (and how we payed for wifi and it didn’t work) and the overall standard of the rooms. Other than that the holiday was amazing and we would recommend this to friends.

This holiday was very good because of the workers, they genuinely care for you and ensure that you have a good time, every night there are shows which include acrobats dancers and magic shows and there was once a comedy magic show there is lots of activities like a pool, a waterpark with slides, a kids entertainment club, and multiple shops, a photographer and hairdresser. There was also water sports at the beach, you can do parasailing, a banana boat and a sofa boat bed thing which are really fun. The beach is very good because there’s a little cafe next to it and there is a mini kids playground and another pool. The workers really want you to have a good holiday and will do anything to make sure that happens. every day except Monday there would be activities by the pool like Lisa’s water gym and water polo there was also music and a babies pool and slides I would like to thank mustafa and Lisa because they were especially nice to our family and we had lots of fun playing table tennis there is also a darts game so thank you to mustafa and Lisa especially for making our holiday very special.

Facilities really good - can recommend the spa. Communal areas kept very clean. Gardens are kept lovely and staff are really friendly and helpful. Have had a great family holiday here and would recommend.

Just back from out 10 days stay at the hotel.
The food was fairly good if you are ok with plenty of fish, chicken, Turkey and veal. The restaurant is very clean and there were plenty of tables. With a little tip you will get all your drinks delivered to your table without the need to queue. Some food was also available at the beach bar and the pool bar. The drinks were average, beer was quite good. Don’t bother with the a la karte meal, very poor and not worth it.
The pools were busy but there was always a chance to find free sunbeds. Kids club was a bit under equipped but it has a lovely shaded playground so it did not bother us.
The room service was hit and Miss (my parents stayed at the other end of the Block and their room was cleaned every day, bedding changed a few times, fridge replenished), when ours was swept and towels changed and nothing else.
Some people complained not many members of staff spoke English but we had no need to communicate with the reception staff so it was not an issue.
The territory of the hotel is very clean, shaded and just nice to look at.
So in general it was quite a good holiday for the money we paid.

If I could I would give this hotel more then 5 stars. The food was very variable and different types and the staff were very quick and polite. There is endless free drinks which in this heat really helps. The rooms were very clean and reception help with any problems aswell as daily room service. There is a private beach with private access to it. Everywhere there is drink availability as well as convenient showers to clean off the sand. The ocean is one of the main attractions. I can’t fault this place at all. I haven’t had a problem and when I heard about my other family having problems with other places I was grateful with mine. There is ac everywhere and a nice ambience. They do extra things such as parties and entertainment in the outdoor theatre and the swimming pool has huge slides. Mustafa Is a good manager here and I think in charge of entertainment. He has been a great help so if you do book this place I would recommend asking the staff for help bcos they really helped me.
But my only complaint is that the markets within the hotel. The one that sells sweets and confectionary. there is one specific person the owner of a Chuawawa who wears tight fitted clothes and slicked hair. I’m unsure of his name. He doesn’t have a fixed price but changes it depending on his opinion on you. He is very rude and arrogant. I don’t know his name sadly but I would like to say he ruins the hotel experience and I do believe he may be racist.

This hotel is a mixed bag. We travelled as a family. Myself and my husband with our 3 children aged 9, 3 and 4 months. Also with my mother and sister aged 21.

The English across employees is pretty under par, however unlike a lot of British holiday makers, this doesn't bother us, we're in their country and I've not made any effort to learn their language. With it being 2022 its nothing Google translate can't sort.

As a family we all agreed this hotel deserved 3 stars and agreed on the pros and cons...

Pros
You can't find a cleaner hotel, absolutely spotless grounds
Grounds are a decent size, nothing is very far away
Lovely beach area

Cons

My mother and sister had issues with the plumbing in their room, the contents of someone's toilet made its way up the drain and into their shower via the plughole. The hotel did deal with this exceptionally well and moved them rooms immediately, no questions. However the plumbing seemed to be an issue all round as our toilet leaked every few days.

The timings of the food isn't really well designed for kids. Breakfast ends at 10.30 and then nothing til 12.30. For the first few days whilst we got used to the time difference, our kids regularly slept through breakfast and had nothing as an option til lunch. Again once dinner is over at 9, nothing is available until 11pm and it's soup, not very child friendly.

They do not have any designated child's area in the restaurant, this is needed. Let's face it, kids are creatures of habit and eat pretty basic food on holiday, it was a guessing game of whether pasta would be available and often the other food was adult led.

Ice cream only available for 1 hour a day, this led to people taking 8 ice creams at a time and resulted in them being 'finished' within 5 minutes of them being put out.

No limits on how much food people take at one time, people taking crazy amounts of food in one go leading to it running out and massive queues whilst they replenished. Walking through the restaurant it's cleat that it's pure greed as there was often so much waste on each table. Partially eaten food.

Stupid sunbed hogging every day at the pool. I sat and watched one sunbed be unoccupied for 4 hours yet noone used it as it had towels on.

Guest relations....*sigh* she needs to find a new job as customer service isn't in her nature.

The food was OK, however more variety wouldn't hurt. The fruit, we asked for bananas, apparently they're on offer everyday yet we never saw one. Saw people taking 6 bananas at once. No Grapes, the fruit could be better.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for a week. After reading some mixed reviews we just decided to go for it. This is my 6th time to Turkey and sadly the least favorite time. The only major downfall to this holiday was the food. Majorty of all the meats I had whilst here was raw. We even met a couple who had said the same and she was very I’ll from the food not being good.

I also began to notice a lot of the cups, glasses, mugs, plates and Bowles were dirty. This was nearly every single one.
My air conditioner was also really bad. It was only that we met one other British couple and told me to take the filter out and clean it that it is better. Well with that being said I took the filter out and had to remove a very think layer of dust. I shouldn’t be cleaning my air conditioner whilst being on holiday.

On leaving the receptionist was extremely rude towards me (little small Turkish boy doesn’t deserve to be called a man) after them trying to charge me £1000 for 6 days of wifi I asked to pay by card and they had added a extra 0 on the card machine it was a good job I checked before I typed my pin. Obviously this went down like a led ballon. Telling me I’ve used the wifi so must pay. Like obviously I’ll pay for what I’ve used which to then it was changed to £13.

You are also required to pay for a safe which is a first for me when visiting Turkey and I’ve always stayed in a 5 star out here. I think the daily charge was €2 but I can’t quite remember.

Lots of rude Russians pushing Infront of the cues and the staff seeing it and doing nothing about it including pushing infont of the bar cues the staff seeing them do it and still serving them before people who are waiting patiently.

If I could give more than 5 stars for the animation team I would. Every day Mustsfa and Anil would engage in friendly conversations with us ensuring everything was okay. They didn’t pester you asking you to do 8 million and 1 things they just asked if you’d like to join in and If you said no that was it and they let you enjoy your holiday. Really friendly and positive people to be around.

Food is shocking- same rubbish everyday.
It's not all inclusive as stated as you have to pay for fresh cocktails and even fresh orange juice at breakfast.
We are here now and it has easily been the worse holiday experience I have ever had.

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 6 and the rooms they gave us were at different ends of the resort. Completely splitting us up.

Also the rooms are so small we don't even have a place to put our suitcases other than on the small balcony which we now cannot use.

This will be the first holiday I lose weight as the food is just not good enough.

We have raised complaints to the staff but as they speak so little English they don't do anything to help.

All inclusive and you have to pay for Wifi!!!
Absolute joke of a hotel.

Will never ever come back here again.

I'll try not to repeat what has been said in other reviews. The hotel is a bit of a way out. The slides and pool are great, but more life guards on duty to oversee people waiting before jumping down would be helpful as this was a little hit and miss (literally). Sea was warm and there were life guards and was fun jumping in from the platform, but the waves were quite big at times and it got deep quickly so small kids need supervision. Food was good and a lot on offer, but quite repetetive apart from specials. I don't go abroad expecting people to speak English, so this wasnt an issue and we got by just fine. Some things were all inclusive, a few were not, and timing on food etc was strict (we arrived late and hungry, but had to wait a couple of hours to eat anything). So it feels like the hotel is managed to operate within a budget - which I guess it business, but felt a little tighter than some. With that said, the staff were excellent - and please remember what long hours they all work. The cleaners did a great job and said hello, the entertainment staff (especially Gypsy) were great fun, and the bar and restaurant staff (thank you Onur, Adnan) always made an effort. We also enjoyed the evening shows.

So me and my girlfriends booked this hotel as my friend has been here before and she loved it. As soon as we got to the hotel the doorman greeted us and we made our way to our room. Our room was really nice and spacious and a/c was spot on.
We absolutely loved the hotel, all the staff were so nice and welcoming and we got on really well with them.

First of all, our tour guide Oktay was an absolute gentleman, he sorted out all of our excursions and whenever we needed his help with anything, he was only a phone call away which was very much appreciated. He made us feel very safe and we could trust Oktay with everything. If anyone needs a tour guide for turkey, Oktay is your man.

Second of all, a big shoutout to the entertainment team, mainly Sosa and Anil were the best of the best. They became family to us and I couldn't fault them at all. They got us involved in the Turkish culture, took us all out to explore and made our holiday 10 times better. They looked after us and made our holiday so much more fun. They don't just entertain children, they entertain everyone from all ages which we loved. Even though they were there for entertainment, if we ever needed them they were there to help. We got involved in the animation shows, darts, volleyball, boccia, club disco and more. They always had something on every day and night which was good.

Another shoutout to Burhan and Mikael from the designer shop and market shop, their designer shop has a range of different designer items and they looked amazing at such a good price. We were all surprised and excited to shop there. Their market shop also had all the goodies such as chocolates, Turkish delights and all other essentials. They made us feel like home and introduced us to different things that we don't have in the uk. They didn't push or force us to buy anything like the other places outside of the hotel. They were genuine and couldn't fault them at all either.

We will be returning to Turkey in a couple of months and will definitely stay at the same hotel. A week was not enough, I miss my Turkey family too much.

Thankyou to Oktay, Sosa, Anil, Burhan, Mikael and everyone else at the hotel for the best Turkey experience. We will see you soon!

This was our 1st holiday in Turkey and we definitely be back

The hotel service from the minute we arrived was excellent and continued for the duration of our stay

Our room was perfect, plenty of space for 2 adults 2 - 10 year olds and cleaned every day

Plenty of food options mostly Turkish dishes but these were all tasty.

The amination team was brilliant, they all went over and beyond to make every night so fun, big thanks to the aminations manager for his kindness and excellent service from all 4 of us.

The pool area and service was also excellent, great fun every day with the animations team

the shops and spa and hairdresser were excellent - I had 4 treatments at the spa everyone was perfect especially the traditional Turkish bath....

I would highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families - you are all in for a massive treat

We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Where do I start.. the hotel itself was very clean and big. It had a lot of places where we could sit and enjoy our time. Every night there was a different variety of entertainment due to the animation team. The staff members Anil and Sosa were amazing with their job and took us to places we didn’t even think of going. They made us feel extremely comfortable and safe at all times and kept us entertained.
Our guide Oktay, was extremely helpful with everything we needed and if we had any issues he was just a phone call away. He helped us book our excursions which made our holiday 100 times better. He is definitely you’re guy if you’re from the UK and need any sort of help whilst on holiday.
The hotel has a designer store which was amazing and the quality of the items is unreal. The store owner Burhan was an entertainer himself. He made us feel welcome and we didn’t feel forced to buy anything. However I think we almost purchased the full store due to the quality of the items and the prices being extremely cheap.
The reason this hotel is amazing is not because of the way the hotel is itself but the staff members for sure make this hotel outstanding. We will definitely be returning and seeing our Turkish family again.
