The Asia Hotel owners have put all their effort into creating a splendid reception area and put little effort in providing nice rooms. The C.R did not have a bidet shower fitted. The shower was adequate with warm water rather than hot. Off street parking is available at the rear of the hotel in a yard which is the resting... More

We booked a room for two with my mom just for a night. It cost 1,800. They have elevator, good one. The bed are nice. LED tv, amazing. A/C is not that cool. The cabinet is huge. Bathroom is good. As i've read the past reviews, they complain about the bathroom has no drainage. But now they already has! Alas!... More

The hotel is strategically located in the middle of the CBD and you really don't need to take a ride in a tricycle to go around if you don't mind walking. While the location is very good, the facilities are basically average and you get the feel that this is basically a glorified pension house rather than a hotel. Our... More

For 1900 a night it wasn't bad for 3 people who was sharing the cost for a night. The room was clean, so was the sheets and the towels. This is the first hotel i went to that offers 2 pillows instead of 1.. 1 is a memory pillow the other the usual. We had an issue with the A/C... More

We stayed for 1 night and paid 1800 for a room with 3 beds. Hot water, clean, toilet had a seat, beds comfortable, AC worked very well, no issues. Not exactly budget yet very affordable. Probably lower rates due to an ongoing renovation project that did not affect us at all.

It was a convenient location as it was smack in the middle downtown, but much could be improved. Linen for the beds shouldn't have hello kitty prints on them and the gun store near the entrance is a bit unsettling, but as unkempt as it seemed, it was as homey as it could be, what with the staff that refused... Yes, what other reviewers wrote about the bathroom is sadly true. And this must be true for all rooms, even those just renovated. Since my colleagues also had the same complaint. Whose idea is this anyway? And upon reflection, we should have bombarded management with complaints on this.... Anyway, the hotel's location is central. Close to everything and the staff... More

It could just be our room, but basically the toilet is attached to the shower and divided with this glass pane and a tiled floor step. The thing is I guess they didn't plant to put a drain in the toilet, so they made a hole on the floor step so the water from the toilet will drain into the... More

Definitely a fine choice. A couple of cons, but they're outweighed by a lot of pros, especially the great staff. Pros: - A triple sharing room at Php 1,400 is very affordable in comparison to others hotels of the same quality. - Helpful staff. They were kind enough to hold our bags for us after we checked out, but didn't... More

Centrally located in the busy district within variety of shops, resto & banks. Rooms are a bit old and needs repair which is understandably due to typhoon haiyan. Shower but not so hot water. No security but nothing lost during our stay.
