We rented an aircon family room for only 800 pesos. The room was big enough for 3 of us, with comfortable double-sized beds, a large cabinet, cable TV (but the remote control was not working), and free towels. The staff also makes your room everyday while you're out and leaves fresh towels and blankets on your bed as well. We... More

The suite on the ground floor was a surprise. For an overnight stay of P1,400 for four persons, it comes relatively cheap. The room is large with cable tv, personal ref, kitchen sink, closet, small dining, and sala sets. Outside is a common living room area. The only issue is the rest room which is a bit cramped, and water... More

We stayed here due to the location as it was close (across the road) from one of the mini van companies. We were told there were no rooms available only the family room (1400p), we were tired so we took it. The room is in the car port and I felt like I was living in my parents garage, we... More

Front desk People are rude and have a policy of like it or dont, pay or leave. Can't find any emergency exit sign. Really cheap and staff attitude comes with it (cheap). We booked 3 rooms with 23 people. Guard will be the one to show the rooms and don't be surprise when opens the rooms. Good luck

We had an overnight stay here. We reached the place before 11pm and it was a good thing that there is an available room Another good thing is that they are pet-friendly because we brought our shih tzu with us. It was their security personnel who assisted us. The problem with encountered is their lack of parking. The room is... More

Accommodation here is pretty cheap compared to other budget hotels in Tacloban, were a group of 3 and paid only P2,000 for 2nights - 3beds with tv, hot shower, mini fridge & free wifi (faster connection if you stay at 2nd floor of the building). The only problem we encountered here was we could not locate it on map, not... More

I'm here on business and needed a cheap place to stay. GO Hotel is cheap but I have a third person in tow and decided to save money instead of paying the extra 500 a day. Big mistake. I should've paid the extra. This place is just nasty. I've stayed in other pensione houses, so it's not like I'm being... More

( - ) 1. We stayed here Saturday, July 11, 2015. Receptionist is not accommodating. I requested for a bath towel and blanket because 1 of my friends bed doesn't have one. Left for dinner and came back having no blanket and bath towel so I went down again and requested for the said items at the guard on duty... More

I learned about the place when I was searching for a place to stay online. I saw their website and decided to check it out when we get to Tacloban. However, when we arrived and asked for a room to stay, we were told twice the price their website was saying. Though the website said no one is managing it,... More

I went to Tacloban with other volunteers to help in the recovery efforts after typhoon Yolanda hit the city. Welcome Home was well-recommended and it was the only hotel that was open after the typhoon. Although it was small, Welcome Home was built sturdily. The dorm rooms were decent and the beds were clean. The hot shower was okay. There... More
