This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Our room was spotless and had a balcony overlooking the pool and lake. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing and also the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and the unexpected use of the outdoor pool was a welcome treat and I hope to visit this hotel again.

The only negative I have is that for a 4 star hotel I would have expected air conditioning and also the fact that the hotel seems new it is strange that this is not available

Only for one night, with late arrival and early morning departure, but....
Super Spa, with heated outside pool next to Bodensee, sauna world also nice... Room for one night was o.k. Breakfast - please make some time reserve, because this breakfast with lake view, takes some time...
I’ve been here not for last time.

I visited shortly Seehotel Adler recently. I can tell only about positive feedback.

Service was very good. People who are working at the hotel are very kind and professional what they are doing. Seems that there is very good leadership in the hotel.

I can recommend the hotel based on their extensive and high-quality breakfast. On top of this room were in almost brand new condition and clean.

I really enjoyed the lake view moreover this.

When you first get into the hotel you are greeted by a friendly staff. The rooms are large with a beautiful view of the lake! In the restaurant is a delicious restaurant and the breakfast was outstanding! You are greeted by a waitress that brings you any type of coffee you desire. The buffet is filled with Salmon Lachs, scrambled eggs, assortment of breads, juices, among many other things. Then you sit outside with this amazing view of the lake! The cleaning staff (namely Zahire Qunai) made sure our room was spotless as well as having endless gummie bears for our kids. This place has a spa, a gym, and direct access to the lake as well as free transportation in the city for your entire stay. Couldn't have enjoyed my stay any more. Definitely deserving of being a 4 star hotel. I will definitely be back for another stay!

You would have a very hard time to find a nicer hotel located with in such a small town Nice lake views fro the rooms. Very good continental breakfast in restaurant with lake view. I was on business, so did not use the spa facilities. Spa services listed were very expensive. It is a good hotel for a business traveler also. The room had a nice work surface and the interet speed was good.

This place has really everything to be an excellent 4* hotel : great location, nice view on the lake, lovely and comfortable rooms (balcony, bathrobes, slippers, etc...), quite good food, but there are "but's" unfortunately and they are mainly linked to the service, you really do not feel like staying in a 4* hotel...

A few examples :
- I have straight away informed the reception that our bathroom sink was blocked/jammed, and nothing happened during our whole stay (2 nights with 4 persons in this family room and only 1 blocked sink...) At some point my husband even tried to play plumber... We were not kept informed at all during our stay...While checking out, I asked again, but the reception did not seem embarrassed or concerned at all... No real apologies or solution offer. This is not OK.
- We were a bigger group. We were apparently denied to book a bigger table for dinner, but we somehow managed. When it came to put our dinner invoice on our room, the waitress had somehow mixed up with others orders, and was not able to correct it, so we said in the end to let it be. It was in the family, then not so dramatical, but it did not seem under control either...
- When we checked out, the reception tried to put on us drinks/bar invoices for other rooms, no thanks, on this one, I complained heavily ! (mix-up again apparently)
- Moreover our pre-agreed room rate (as a group) was not invoiced correctly, but more expensive ! I had to claim again, and then at last some research was made, which proved me right.
- Last but not least : food was OK, but not overwhelming, for this level of hotel. The breakfast buffet was correct, but not exceptionnal, no fresh juice fruit for example.

I have hesitated to put this overall rating, I am not so picky, but comparing this place to others 4* hôtels, I think that it's fair.

We were looking for a restaurant in this area but most were closed for lunch. We were told that the Adler was open. Modern hotel with an interesting menu. I had the spaghetti with prawns in a lime and chilli sauce. The other main was baked potato salad and pork strips. The spaghetti was quite bitter, prawns cooked well but the sauce was not so nice to eat would have benefitted from some coconut milk or something. The baked potato was barely warm and not fully cooked. All in all disappointing.

I stayed here for 2 nights while I had business in Singen. The help from reception was very good and the meals and service was great. The room was comfortable but was made up of 2 single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart overnight, so was forced to sleep as a single. This would be a great place to visit during summer.

Had a very crowded room with ... interesting mirrors in bathroom.
Stylish hotel and looks fancy. Good to park on yard or in parking space underneath.

Location is really great and many restaurant near by.

Did not visit Spa, so cannot comment on that. WiFi did not work in reality.

I stayed in this hotel after buying a weekend deal and managed to get a room during the usually very busy Ester break. I'm glad I booked, it was just great!
Location: fantastic, beautiful, well connected by public transport
Room: large, well equipped, clean, with a great lake view and a balcony. We were given chocolates on the arrival and departure, which I thought was a nice touch
Staff: very nice and helpful
Spa: loved it! Three saunas, a great heated outdoor pool!
Food: breakfast was ok. Our deal included a 4-course meal which was really disappointed. The food was just ok. Too bad, I expected great food in this great hotel...
Internet: the connection was sometimes flaky but overall ok
Plus: they have a large free car park. If you stay at least 2 nights, you also get a card for free transport so you can leave your car and explore the area stress free.
I loved it and just can't wait to go back!!
