We were on motorcycles and found we had to travel 12-14 km's on a dirt road but the road was good. We called for a room the only thing left was a Chalet, Glad for that because it was awesome. Nice people and very clean. Chalet had 2 bedrooms, living and kitchen area and l deck to sit out on.... More

Under new management. We stayed there last March and the owner was very hospitable and very welcoming. They don't always have anyone to cook but he brought some friends in to cook for us. He was very helpful as well. We were on a snowmobile trip in the area and the rooms were very nice. Beautiful scenery as well. If... More

Upon travelling throughout Gaspesie for near 10 years, we decided to try this "resort" for our regular stop on route to the Forillon National Park. Prior to making the reservation call, we carefully review this property website to ensure that they offer the services that we were looking for e.g, cottage accommodation, restaurant, indoor swimming pool and walking trails. Early... More

We stayed an overnight here at the start of the season and were the only guests. We were given a free upgrade to a suite of rooms with a fantastic balcony view of the mountains. The room was spotless and the wifi OK but a little slow. The cafe was not open as it was start of the season but... More

We stayed here one night before setting out on a 5-day ski tour in the park. Its main selling point is that the next morning you are at the trailhead, no more driving required. Room was a good size (we got the largest room) for staging our gear and packing our backpacks. However the room was over the bar which... More

In contrast to other writers, we found the room, while simple, was newly renovated and clean. Services were limited; no internet it is true, but that is the case in many places in the Gaspe, and the manager told us it is expected soon. There is a new indoor swimming pool, but we didn't try it out. The staff were... More

Talking about false advertisement! We do not recommend this place unless you want to throw money out the window... You would definitely get a "sticker choc" from the total lack of service: no phone, no TV and no internet. Can you imagine having to pay a high room rate to be in the middle of nowhere when you can just... More

We did a tour of the Gaspesia area, a 8 days wonderful trip. While we stayed in various types of hotel, the worst, by far, was the Village Grande Nature Chic-Chocs. I reserved all my rooms by telephone, after a good search on internet. The guy who answered us lied a lot about services and told us there was just... More
