At the moment they are building a road in front of the hotel which means it is very difficult to access. The hotel has seen better days. Free Wi-fi was provided. Hotel has huge yard with lake, it would be good for families with little children. Also in this huge territory isn't...

Its a nice old but reconstructed hotel in peace park place in suburb of ugly Kutaisi. We stayed there on the way to Batumi. Was a nice break stopover. Location of the hotel in the calm park with lake out of the city makes this hotel quite attractive. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.
