Friendly welcome when I arrived. Room was simple but very comfortable. Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed my stay. There isn't any Wifi here but there is tea and coffee facilities just not in your own room, it's down stairs. Will defiantly stay here again if I am in the area as it's a great location for public transport and...

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just what we needed. A clean and comfortable room and friendly staff who went the extra mile for us. We didn't have any problems at all and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Rushlands Hotel in March 2016 for two nights. Firstly, it's a B&B not a hotel, so don't expect hotel facilities based on its name i.e. no tea / coffee making facilities, no wifi, no hair dryer, no complimentary toiletries and no card payments. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was...

As a family of 3 we stopped for one night to visit friends who live locally, firstly I think there needs to be something to say "reception" or "welcome" with a bell as you come in so you're not wandering around thinking are you in the right place! A lovely lady came out of her own room to greet us,...

Stayed in this B&B last night, it was comfortable, pleasant, friendly and waking up to the smell of a cooked breakfast was lovely! All the negative reviews on here are unfounded, it is cheap and cheerful and they offer exactly what it says on the tin!!

Very quickly confirmed by the reception area...there wasn't one, and the filthyness of the carpet we were shunted to the room by a very nice man. The room was minging I sat on the bed and struck to it, the...

I think they ought to have tea making facilities in the room. Overall it was a first class stay, excellent breakfast. Excellent grounds and Gardens, free carpark. Not far from Blackpool and very easy to get there we came from Rochdale to visit a friend

Sarah and John are just lovely, kind and grand people. John even said he'd take me fly fishing one day. The house has an old world charm about it. My room was basic with a good shower and comfy clean bed. Splendid cooked breakfast.

First impressions wasn't good. No one around when we got there. The room/s ok, but no chance of a tea or coffee. My daughters room wasn't that spotless.( she notice a cobweb). Breakfast nice, but, wasn't value for money
