good place to stay, across from the beach on main road, 5 minutes from station. small room but if you have a terrace it gives you extra room. No problem with noise at night, but we went out of season. Easy to get to from Rome by train and gives a little peace from the hustle and bustle of Rome. We...

No one to greet us at check in, had to ask around. The room was small and dated. The tile in the bathroom and shower had mold. Dingy place. One surprise- The attached restaurant and the waitress were excellent

When booking on line for a first time visit to a hotel I always worry that it may not live up to expectations, I had no need to worry about Villino Gregoraci Relais. We had a comfortable room overlooking the beach, with effective double glazing that deadened any noise from passing traffic. This is a family run hotel and we...

Fab location. Owners husband picked us up (late flight, no trains), pre-booked from airport (about €30 more expensive than a cab, but we didn't know that then). Lovely area outside and in for ample breakfast, and we chose to dine (home cooked food) one evening too. Had a 2nd floor room with a huge furnished balcony. Busy traffic road outside,...

We spent a week here in September. Our room was on the ground floor, with a big bathroom (shower, no bath). It was modest, but adequate. Breakfast was included and enjoyable. However, the hotel is situated between the railway and a busy main road, so that from the early morning, it was noisy. On the other side of the road...

Had 4 days here at the end of August, fantastic hotel with nice staff who were helpful despite a bit of a language barrier(our italian is not great, but trusty italian dictionary was very handy). Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and was nice to eat it in their courtyard. We had a seaview room which was amazing and...

The hotel is very nice from the outside and the grounds are very clean. Our room had a balcony facing the ocean. The room was really clean, (the beds and pillows are really hard.) The view was beautiful, but at night it was impossible to sleep even with ear plugs and the windows closed . There was a disco across...

We stayed here sept 18 for 2 nights ore cruise. Our room had the balcony facing the ocean. The manager was so nice to us. Subway is right behind so it was easy to go to civitavecchia or Rome or Naples. Great pizza down the street. She severed the best croissants with ham n cheese! Would stay here again.
