We have stayed here on several occasions due to the excellent parking, good breakfast and massive choice of dining venues within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Access from the motorway is easy, also a good point to fill up in France with fuel before heading off to Italy as there is a supermarket fuel station near the hotel.

The first night was OK, no real issues. The second night we had some issues with the bathroom but the hotel have promised to compensate us so no problem there either. The location is convenient for the highway and we were en-route to Italy so Chambery was an ideal stop over place. On the way back we also stayed and...

We were given a No Smoking room which smelt very strongly of nicotine. The WiFi was not working properly in the room or at the desktop in reception. The night manager was an excellent representative of the organisation. Friendly, courteous, welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here for one night in transit while travelling around France. It was located in a semi-industrial type area, but was still located well enough for other services like shopping, petrol and food options. It is pretty basic and I wouldn't stay for much longer than a night, but it suited our needs on this occasion and price was...

We pulled in here on the way to Italy. It was easy to find and just off the main road. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. It has a bar and you can get meals though we dined out. Breakfast is a good buffet selection and reasonable priced....

This place is a TOTAL DUMP. Avoid staying here at all costs. We checked n at noon and left 3 hours later. Couldn't stand it for another minute. Tiny rooms. Terrible and uncomfortable bed. TINY Room. Unbelievably old furniture. I think the sheets were clean. Otherwise a rating of minus -1.

Tucked a little off the main road the hotel is quiet but has access to local restaurants, supermarkets and shops all within easy walking distance. I had a room on the third floor which gave great views over the mountains and was very quiet - room was small but OK for two for one night, much more than that and...

We used this as a base for four nights during Euro 2016. It became a real home from home. Location is in a kind of industrial area but the surrounding scenery is great and there's a steakhouse right outside. However trips are about the people you meet and the staff here were first class and very friendly. They even took...

We ended up stranded at the Ibis Chambery after our car broke down on the autoroute at 4:30am. Francois was extremely helpful searching for flights to get our friend home urgently and allowing us to use his phone and printer. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Easy to park and book in. I had a problem with the toilet continuously having water going through the system. I contacted reception who immediately changed the room. Bar service good. Near by is a shopping centre which a good selection of bars and restaurants which I used. Breakfast was fine in the morning
