A superb B&B. Dennis was extremely helpful on the phone when we were booking our stay. Everything is done to a very high standard, it is comfortable with spacious rooms, offers an excellent breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, is dog-friendly, has parking, countryside views and in Dennis and Jan has helpful/welcoming hosts. It was a very quiet and...

The Cobbles is now becoming our regular base when we visit relations in Devon. First class accommodation, a hearty breakfast and a warm welcome from Den and Jan. Dog friendly. Can't fault it in any way. A big bonus is the Tom Cobley just yards down the road - the best real ale pub I know.

If Carlsberg did B&Bs it would be called the cobbles. Great room, perfect views, tasty breakfast, and lovely people. We would definitely recommend staying here for a short or long stay. Thanks you for a great stay and lift back to hittisleigh

Perfect accommodation! Very personal, extremely clean with fantastic hosts! We loved staying here.. Dennis and Jan were lovely and their B&B is 5*. The breakfast was lovely, especially the homemade bread and jams! We would definitely stay here again! It is very remote and quiet which was perfect and in an idyllic setting. I'd give it more stars if it...

Spent 2 nights at the Cobbles and loved every minute of our stay. Dennis & Jan are welcoming hosts and the rooms are as luxurious as described on their website. Breakfast was a delight with local produce and "home grown" eggs. Evening dinner at the Tom Cobley Inn (250yards away) was good pub fare, served with a smile and a...

The Cobbles is a relatively new build, beautifully furnished, modern property offering fabulous views, luxurious spacious rooms, excellent breakfast including homemade bread, jam and fresh eggs from their own hens, very friendly helpful hosts and an excellent pub in the village just 5 minutes walk away. A brilliant find used as stopover on way to Cornwall just 15 minutes off...

We went to the cobbles for one night, wish it was two; we had a fantastic double bed room, very clean and spacious, all with quite modern furnishings. A very calm house in the countryside, well placed on the way to cornwall, perfect.

We have just got back from the Cobbles where we spent a week with our dog. The B & B is very spacious, luxurious, Dennis and Jan were perfect hosts. Plenty of grounds to walk the dog and 100 yards down the road is the Tom Cobley Pub which serves great food and a very friendly pub with the landlord...

We spent the weekend in Spreyton and stayed at The Cobbles B&B. I can't speak highly enough of this B&B. Spotlessly clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms and Dennis and Janet are welcoming, friendly and make an amazing breakfast! Would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this B&B. It's simply perfect.
