Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I almost don't want to leave a review for this campsite as I want to keep it a secret!

We spent 5 nights here in early July 23. On arrival the team were so friendly and allowed me to practice my basic French without interrupting me in English or patronising me. I was so happy! We were shown to a beautiful HUGE pitch - probably the biggest we have ever stayed on. The whole place was immaculate with beautiful flowers and trees and was so spaced out, it felt very peaceful.

We spent one day at Parc Asterix (way better than Disney!) and a day in Paris. Local station is about 15 mins drive and there are regular trains to Paris. Asterix is about an hour away. We also visited pretty Provins and relaxed and enjoyed the pool and our surroundings.

The snack bar was good value and we enjoyed our pizzas. Also had a nice meal at the big Italian restaurant in Fontenay-Tresigny. Shower blocks were clean but the showers could have been a little warmer. The little pop up shop in the morning is very cute. Pool is lovely but the chairs could be a bit more comfy. I think you can also take your own.

We will definitely return in the future as we thought this was a little gem.

Wow! We got the warmest of welcomes when we arrived at the campsite and the staff spoke English perfectly. They are a real credit.
The pitches are huge and very well kept. We have never experienced pitches so generously-sized.
Swimming pool is great - clean and relatively quiet when we visited.
Toilets and showers are very clean - no toilet and and toilet paper situated outside the cubicles.
Table tennis and football table under cover. Small playback boules area and volleyball/basketball area.
We used the snack van a couple of times. Great food, but would have welcomed a vegetarian option other than pizza.
Collected our bread, milk and pain au chocolat from the mobile shop every morning. Reasonably priced and good selection of products.
Well placed for both Paris and Disneyland Paris.
Was sad to leave this site. Thank you so much.

Great campsite. Fortunately quiet for us but not for the owners who have been hit by covid/quarantine restrictions.
We took a tourer. All pitches are huge. At least twice the size of UK ones and surrounded by trees and bushes so very private. You can pitch wherever you want in your pitch. Electric Hookup and shared water point at hook up.
Pool is lovely you need to take your own chairs if needed. Quiet again as campsite not very busy.
Toilets and showers very clean.
The owners are friendly and helpful and lent us a couple of things that we needed.
There is an on-site snack bar and food van in July/August which only takes cash.
Very easy to get to from UK. Good access roads. About 20/30 min drive from Disneyland Paris /Val D’Europe
Highly recommended!

We have just returned after 5night from 4 vents and we have to stay we did not want to leave. The staff cannot do enough to make you welcome from the time that you arrive . As for the site I have never seen such a prettier place to stay so much effort as been made and it’s outstanding. The pool is also so clean and really refreshing after being out for the day. The pitch sizes are the biggest we have ever stay on and in the sun if you like the sun or in the shade if you don’t your choice. Disney Paris is only 15 mins down the road and Paris is not far. The site has good links to get into Paris by train as we did and very easy. The washrooms are very clean and plenty off them. There are playground and table tennis and other activities for the children. We will be going back next year.

This is a lovely campsite we came here with our two girls a number of times when they were younger. This year we brought our granddaughter for her first camping trip, she absolutely loved every minute and wants to come back. she enjoyed the swimming pool, play ground and the pony rides it is Ideal for visiting Disney, Paris,
we also visited Fontainebleau which is not too far by car.
Every member of staff are very helpful and lovely, the bread van and cooked food are great too
Definitely coming back very soon

We have been here multiple times over the last 10-15 years and each and everytime it has been excellent.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and have fantastic knowledge of the local area. The site is situated within driving/ a train ride distance to both Disney Land and Paris itself. The staff can help you book tickets for Disney and also are very helpful in giving details on how to get the train to Paris.

The train station in Tournan is about a 10-15 minute drive and the fastest train into Paris takes around 25 minutes.

The site itself is beautiful, the pitches are huge so lots of space to spread out. Everything is very well maintained, with good toilet and shower facilities.

Overall a fantastic site, and somewhere we will always go back to.

Booked in for 6 nights and decided to stay for a couple of nights extra.

The pitches are really spacious, flat, clean and tidy. Each has ready access to electrical hook ups and water. Three large ablution blocks that were kept clean and in good repair. Swimming pool was lovely and kept clean.

Each morning a van opens up near reception, selling fresh bread, croissants, fruit, milk and other groceries. The lady staffing it was really nice.

Staff very helpful. Scenery beautiful. Look forward to going again.

Well done for keeping such a lovely place.

Michael.

A fantastic start to our 7 week tour of Europe adventures! A warm welcome by the truly friendly staff. Spacious pitches, with the added benefit of being shown to your pitch by a member of staff on their bicycle. We have a large caravan, plenty of room for our awning, bikes, children to play. No shop on site but an extensive ‘van’ with fresh bread every morning, chilled goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, plus the basic staples too. The cafe (also a van) with outside seating was incredible, the staff are great and very willing to accommodate all requirements and the food is delicious. Nice swimming pool, undercover play area and small play park. The amenities were clean and all in good working order. A short cycle past the farm and sunflower fields to a small village with a Tabac bar. Close proximity to Marles en Brie train station with direct line to Paris. A really fantastic campsite and we’ll definitely be booking to go again.

We booked this site for its close proximity to Paris and Disneyland. It’s a lovely site with huge pitches. There is a outdoor cafe run from a catering truck in the summer months serving burgers, pizzas and chips etc plus a bar.
The pool is lovely and facilities good and clean.
There is a pop up shop selling groceries and pastries open evening morning.
The best part of this site was the amazing staff who were the friendliest and most helpful of anywhere I’ve ever been!
We will be back to stay I’m sure.

This was our first family trip to France and we stayed at Caravanning of the 4 Winds to be close to Disneyland. It was a perfect location, clean, beautiful and full of lovely flowers and trees and very peaceful. We arrived later than expected but the owner was there to give us a warm welcome. We were shown to a lovely big pitch. The campsite was perfect for us and the swimming pool was lovely. I would highly recommend this for a close commute to Disneyland and also because the owner was amazing. A big thank you to Agnés who went out of her way to reunite my daughter with her lost teddy. My daughter left behind her special teddy at a nearby restaurant. We only realised when we arrived at out next destination which was 6 hours away and as I had poor French I emailed Agnés to contact the restaurant on our behave but she in fact got the teddy and posted it along with lollipops to my 3 daughters. This was so lovely and kind of her and I could believe how lucky we were to have such a lovely lady do that for us. You can expect a warm and charming welcome at Caravanning des 4 vents. Many thanks Jenny x
