The least charming Premier Inn we have stayed in. You have to go in via a small swing door (pull to enter) in this box-like building, which is ensconced in a corner of a drab retail park in a dreary traffic-choked suburb of Bristol. Evidently it is much used by business people. There is a poky reception, but the staff behind...

The hotel is nicely placed for Bristol and the staff are fantastic but sadly the beds were extremely uncomfortable and both me and my girlfriend hardly had any sleep for the two nights plus the bath smelt of urine

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting friends in Bristol. I love that Premier inns are so reliable; in that they are all furnished the same and the beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. My only criticism (and it's a minor one) is about the position of the bed. I think the hotel is...

stopped here on a business trip recently, clean room, didn't notice any noise from the road, but local amenities are limited. If Premier Inn Management read this, you have a real star in Steph (Receptionist) who was really helpful.

Stayed here last New Years Eve, as in walking distance from our friends house party. Good location, good car park, good customer service at check in, nice room, bed was really comfortable, shower was good, security on door, reception will give you a key code. We arrived back at our hotel about 2am, and next door was having a party,...

Situated in a shopping precinct so parking isn't an issue. The hotel is clean and the pub/restaurant next door is ok for meals. Would recommend for short stay if you are in Bristol. 20 minute drive to city centre.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for a couple of nights. The customer service provided by Claire, Aureen and the manager Vernetta were excellent. All three members of staff were so helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this Premier Inn to family and friends. A very big thank you to all...

Two more nights in another hotel. This one was clean and tidy. It is situated very close to a busy roundabout but windows worked really well at keeping sound to a minimum. Would be happy to stay again.

Stayed for two nights, found the hotel clean and well presented if slightly plain in external appearance. Every member of staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant (Chef & brewer) was also staffed with friendly members. I was with my wife and we had a great 3 days in Bristol and enjoyed staying in this friendly Premier Inn
