Rooms and built up is fine, with modern taste but other services are not that good. Staff is not at all trained and hygiene and sanitation conditions are poor. Food part also could not get accolades... Just average

This is the worst experience I have ever had .Pathetic staff .Room service is very poor .Being in travel ,I won't recommend you this hotel . Don't book this hotel. Front desk is rude .I won't even give this hotel one star .Stay away ,there are other hotels to stay in

I think it is suited only for big gatherings like marriages, conferences etc. Rooms are having average quality of bare minimum furnishing. Bathroom fitting not up to the mark, quality of toiletries need no mention. Restaurant was rented to some marriage party who had most of the rooms booked for their guests. For other resident guests, it was not available....

Recently, I had the chance to visit "The Oasis" and stay in this hotel. This is an average price and below average maintained property. If you have nowhere to stay and no option else where, look for this hotel. I don't know how is the occupancy of this hotel but the hygiene and maintenance are not a strong word here.

Excellent stay well located especially if traveling by road from Delhi. Best hotel available in Saharanpur. Fooding quality is average but staff is good and well behaved. I have to make stay arrangement for guest speakers traveling from outside and they appreciated the hotel. I was quite satisfied with the service provided by them.

My first visit to Saharanpur. Had booked one of the better hotels on Make my trip. Small, compact hotel. Rooms were of a decent size an ok ok furnishing. After ages i stayed in a hotel where there was no self arrangement to make tea/coffee-missed it. Service was good-not impeccable. All in all id rates it 3.5/5.

Rooms are good according to price paid which was 2000/bucks per room but mosquitoes made my night miserable. I was with my kid and worst part was at the same floor where the rooms are, there is banquet hall too. Music was too loud and till 12 am I couldn't sleep. Staff was helping but still needs improvement in some...

I went to saharanpur for a marriage and stayed here. We were a group of 4 friends and stayed in the Suite. The rooms are clean and hotel services are good. Not sure about the wifi coz we didnt need it. Just one tip: carry a mosquito repellent. There were mosquitoes in the room at night.
