It depends on your preference. For birdwatchers, even 2-3 days would be okay. We booked the Tarcoles river tour (including transport to Tarcoles) through the hotel. I believe you can also book a tour of Carara National... More
It depends on your preference. For birdwatchers, even 2-3 days would be okay. We booked the Tarcoles river tour (including transport to Tarcoles) through the hotel. I believe you can also book a tour of Carara National Park through the hotel although we got a guide from a referral.
