This is the an amazing hotel,everything about the hotel is first class,from the moment we arrived,we were looked after by Katarina who stayed up to greet us. From then all staff are absolutely brilliant helping the guests with everything they need. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice from fresh fruit to cooked English. Lunch was the same. We loved our stay at the Katouni Beach Hotel, and are going back next year for another 10 days. You won't be disappointed with any part of this hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
Arrived after midnight having got the last ferry from Kos. Immediately welcomed with a stress free check in. Rooms are sleek, large and modern. Staff made sure we were well looked after. Especially enjoyed the stunning sunsets with a drink in hand. We stayed 10 nights which was just enough as there was not many places to dine/drink in the evening outside of the hotel.

We spent 7 days at the Kantouni Beach Hotel and our only regret was that we didn't stay for longer. The rooms are spacious are well appointed (although a minor criticism is that there could be more storage space provided for clothes), and impeccably clean - in fact the whole hotel is maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness. The outdoor lounge area has plenty of space - no having to rush to find a sunbed. Staff are extremely attentive and make sure you are comfortable and well served, including ensuring you are well hydrated. The pool is a good size but not heated and therefore cold later in the season (we went in October). However, the Mediterranean is a few steps away from the beach and feels lovely and warm! There is plenty of choice for breakfast, and there is a good range of snacks throughout the day, as well as good evening meals should you wish to dine at the hotel - there is a decent choice of restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to going back there next year!…

Totally impressed by it's unique location and extraordinary sea view! The renovated rooms offer luxury, comfort and tranquility. Excellent cleaning. All the facilities and gardens are very well maintained. Very kind and helpful staff. Superb breakfast. It was a truly relaxing and elegant experience. I highly recommend it. Can't wait to come back.

Our experience at Katouni Beach resort was amazing. I've been to Kalymnos many times but this was absolutely my best experience. With the amenities at Kantouni Beach Resort we got to experience a luxurious stay while still experiencing the beautiful and simple things available on the island. Rooms were great with great beds and bathrooms kept meticulously clean. The pool and restaurants areas were also extremely clean. Staff was always helpful and very accommodating. The food was great from complementary breakfast to Lunch and great dinner which amazing sunset views. I highly recommend Katouni Beach to allow you to have a great experience on the beautiful island of Kalymnos.

What a fabulous hotel in a great position with exceptional service. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in, absolutely spotless. The rooms are lovely with huge beds and high quality bedding. Everything you could need in the bathroom area, great toiletries, toothbrushes, razor etc. There are big fluffy bathrobes, slippers, flip flops and a beautiful beach bag. Coffee machine with good quality coffee pods, kettle and fridge. Also, a presentation box of sweets which was a lovely touch alongside a personalised welcome card. All this made the hotel that little bit more special. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and of course the service was outstanding. In fact it was the outstanding service from all the members of staff who went out of their way to make this a very special place. They are a credit to the company. The pool is stunning with fabulously comfortable sun beds. Towels are brought to you as soon as you arrive by Savvas who was so efficient making sure you had everything you needed. He brings you iced water all day and even spritzers your face with ice cold water! The beach is just a few steps away giving you the best of both worlds. The food at night was delicious, well prepared and presented. One small niggle……the music! It was the same music every night on a loop with well known songs changed into something else by an unknown singer. Please play some authentic music by real artists! No Greek music either which would have been nice. The live music was exceptional though. Otherwise this is one of the best boutique hotels we have found in Greece, absolutely perfect. We feel very lucky to have been able to experience it and hope to return next year…..fingers crossed for availability as clearly very popular.…

We saw the reviews on Jet2 and assumed that this hotel could not be as great as reviewed. We were wrong. We arrived after midnight to a sandwich prepared for us and a cold glass of homemade lemonade. Our room was a sea view double. It was spacious and stylish with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The shower was a particularly impressive feature (walk in, high pressure) which was great for washing the sand off without creating any havoc. There was a fridge in the room too with bottled water. In the morning, we went for breakfast. It had plenty of options, cereals, breads, pastries, cold meats and cheese and of course, the Greek twist on a cooked breakfast. Coffee and fresh orange juice was brought to your table. We're not particularly pool people. So the beanbags on the beachfront were a great addition for us. The beach is a 30 second walk away from your room and staff are quick to provide towels, complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit. It was perfect for relaxing and there was virtually no foot traffic with the exception of the odd person walking along the sandy beach. It was also easily warm enough to swim and snorkel in the Aegean and I did so many many times! When it came to lunch, we used Kalymata (the hotel restaurant) a few times. The burgers are huge and tasty, I enjoyed my panko coated prawns, and the cheese board selection was great for snacking on while taking in the views. The cocktails are homemade and Kosta did a fantastic job in recommendation and making these (we sampled most of the menu over the course of a week). Each drink comes with water and a small plate of snacks as is customary. Reasonably priced at around 8euro a cocktail, and each plate was around 10euros for food. Again, the view from the restaurant was phenomenal. Due to being quite active on holiday, I wanted to explore a little. Ireni and Katerina on reception were so helpful in suggestions. We wanted to rent a boat, looked online and it seemed rather difficult. However, the receptionist staff knew where to go and who to speak to and within an hour we were on the sea! They also suggested some beautiful tavernas for dinner and a wonderful trip out to visit the castle of Chora. We also wanted somewhere to watch the rugby, and they managed that too! They were very honest about what was doable but seemed to know everything about the area. (I thoroughly recommend renting a boat to explore. Panormitis could not have been more helpful and it really is the most beautiful way to explore the island and its hidden beaches and caves!). The location of the hotel is perfect for serenity, there are a few tavernas within walking distance. A rock bar, and a nightclub at the other end of the beach should you want late drinks. I recommend Il Posto for food which is about a 10 minute walk away, the beef pitcher was amazing. Masouri is 10euros in a taxi away too and has many bars and restaurants to explore as well as its own beach. Super Mario bar looks a little 'dodgy', but once down the stairs and onto the beatiful beach it is well worth the walk down the stairs. The reception staff were happy to sort out taxis no matter the time of day! Don't be fooled, the towns are all roughly 10 minutes in a taxi away, nothing is too far! We only had two gripes. During our time here, we were moderately bitten by mosquitos. This is obviously no fault of the hotel. However, a little extra planning next time to ensure we have enough bug spray is definitely on the agenda! The other is that this is sold on the Jet2 website as "adults only". On further investigation it stipulates over 11s. Either way, this was not the case and should be corrected. The other warning if you book with Jet2, the transfer home is usually significantly earlier than it needs to be. Our transfer was 7 hours early and would've left us in Kos for a prolonged period. We spoke to Jet2 and chanced a later ferry which allowed us to have another full day on the beautiful Island of Kalymnos! We had a wonderful stay, and we will absolutely be back! The friendly and attentive staff are brilliant. They cannot do enough for their guests, even if it means suggesting they go elsewhere to fulfil their desires. Bravo! We will see you again! …

Staying at the Kantouni Beach hotel was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was incredible and had a real family feel. The rooms were immaculate and of a good size. The entire resort was clean and professional. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was of good quality. The hotel was busy but did not feel over crowded. It was really lovely. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful hotel. Great facilities, fantastic staff and excellent food. The fact that it only has 30 rooms creates a lovely intimate atmosphere and the fact that is right on a quiet beach makes it an ideal place to sit and relax day and night.
