I would like to start by saying that in the last years, me and my family have only gone to the seaside vacantions outside the country and this is the first vacation in Romania after a very, very long time. BUNGA BUNGA RESORT: A family trying to bring a change in tourism in Romania. We arrived at Bunga Bunga Resort and were greeted by these beautiful people who made us feel like home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was ready when we arrived to check in. Very clean, airy and what was wonderful is that we found a new concept and the rooms opened onto the inner courtyard where the pool and the restaurant were. I said RESTAURANT, YES. This resort has its own restaurant, where you can serve food without having to go out to the resort to look for food and worry about what you are eating. GOD, AND HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS!! At Bunga Resort you will find a menu with various types of food: from soups to hamburgers, wonderful desserts, drinks and cocktails made by these wonderful people who were at our disposal for 4 days and who made sure that we did not miss nothing. The food is very good and you can eat with confidence because everything is fresh and cooked on the spot. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here every day. Thanks again to the chef for the super good dishes! The pool was very clean, and the water was very warm, which made us happy because during this period the sea was cold and we stayed inside the resort enjoying a perfect tan! We were pleasantly surprised. I'm super happy that I found this place and that now we have somewhere to go to the seaside in Romania. Thank you Bunga Bunga Resort for the perfect stay and we can't wait to see you again! P.S Thank you Stefan for the bike races. :)…

We had a wonderful time. Apparently they have everything you need there. The stuff is great and very helpful. You can tell it’s a family business everything is taken care of. they cover everything it stays in their power to do. so we recommend this location family friends

Wonderful accomodation and service , your place to go for relaxing, they value their customers by creating a familiar atmosphere in which they focus for your well being in vacantion.The sea is very close and places where you can eat. Rooms are always clean and looking tidy, a modern look that makes your staying very pleasant.

The resort is immaculate, food amazing, pool always clean(the place to go to ****** with your family or friends)and unlike other places I've been to in Mamaia the ppl that manage it are always with a smile on their faces and trying to help, keep up the good work Adrian and Gabriela will 4 sure be back

My wife and I we have spend a couple of days at BUNGA BUNGA RESORT .We had a very good time .The staff were very nice and helpful .The rooms were extremely clean as for the location it was not far from the beach. We are definitely coming back this summer.

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM THE ROOM !!!!! While we were at breakfast at the villa next to this one, 25 euros were gone from the room, they were in a shoulder bag (20) and 5 in a wallet. There was more money, but they were hoping we will not notice if they take only some of them. On the video cameras we see how only the housemaid walks into the room without any cleanware, but stays for a few minutes. I reproached the administrator and the maid stealing but they did not admit it, saying that she had removed the dust at that time .... dust accumulated within 12 hours from when we had checked in... The administrator became very aggressive and accused us of coming drunk at night before and not knowing how much money we had in the wallet. Like we could have spent euros in Mamaia, not RON. I called the police and they reacted promptly. They came at the villa and interogated the administrator and the maid, but the maid did not admit. The police informed us that we had to file a criminal complaint to continue the trial. In addition to this, near the entrance door, inside the appartment there are cockroaches and they were not taken by the maid when she "cleaned". I noticed the cockroaches also when we checked in, so they are probably there usually.…

Tourist Sebastian S accused 25 euros of luggage being stolen. This accusation has not been proven even after this acusation has been investigated by the police, including the camerist's perquisition and visualization of video footage. In addition, tourists have been confused in their statements, and their story was not believed by the police investigating the case. The next day, Mr. Sebastian had an inappropriate public attitude toward the pension manager, accusing her of thievery and the turmoil of the tourists crying to them that they would steal their money. These accusations and this inappropriate attitude brings serious image damage to our property that is a family business and for which our customer attention is our primary concern (see rewrites on booking.com). We do not know if this was a strategy to recover some money from us or if they really lost that money elsewhere. We mention that every time tourists have forgotten items or jewelry in rooms after check out they have been sent to them. I would appreciate if the tripadvisor will protect the hotels of serious, unguided and unfulfilled allegations that have already been investigated by the authorities. I will appreciate if Mr. Sebastian's rewie will be treated with intent to denigrate us.

The hotel room was well equipped and extremely clean, the shower was great. The rooms have their private entrance, and we even had a terrace with a table! Perfect as it was sunny and we liked to have our privacy. There is a cleaner coming everyday, and the owner is very sweet, helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a great little spot for food just behind the hotel and the sea is just a 100m away. Overall, I had a great experience in Bunga Bunga and I would go back again!
