We had a lovely stay here - the hosts are excellent, very helpful and welcoming! The hotel is so calm
and peaceful with a great deck area, bar and pool area with plenty of sun loungers.

The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the beach where there are plenty of nice restaurants. There is a small grocery store just across the road. There is an area for parking outside the hotel - it is quite small but you can leave your key with the owners so they can move cars around to let people out when needed.

We did struggle with the bathroom as it was very small. The room was basic but had great air con and was kept clean. Would recommend this hotel for a couple’a visit if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing.

Excellent - booked the day before arrival after booking a dreadful hotel in Kavos, this was SO much better.
Clean, warm, inviting, comfy beds.
Excellent breakfast (very good value! Fill up for the day...!)
Nice sunny views from the rooms facing the sea - we were lucky to move rooms, the rooms at the back are colder and darker (it was October...)

We only stayed 1 night as we travelled through the area . This is a family run hotel with friendly staff . Our room was to the back of the hotel with a few over the fields hills. The room was clean , we had a really good night sleep but our only issue was with the bathroom. The shower cubicle was 1/2 the standard size and almost impossible to turn around in . However this hotel is in a lovely location , breakfast was excellent and had we be staying longer would have asked for a room move .

We had a 4 night stay in this hotel and that was about long enough. The room was quite small and basic, but clean and light but with only a few amenities, would have liked tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom was very small, difficult to manoeuvre around properly and the shower cubicle was insanely small. The hotel has a nice bar/dining area and there is a nice outside space with pool and and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel could probably do with some renovation to be honest but the owners are lovely and couldn't do enough for you, very welcoming and helpful. Good location, there is a good little coffee shop just 50m away and only a few minutes stroll to the beach and several tavernas

I personally didnt’t like this hotel, from the moment you enter there is a stuffy humid air, the building is old and needs refurbishing. Just some pictures on the wall can’t do the job Doors are heavy and you can hear all guests when they go in and out. The bathroom door was not closing properly, same with the closet’s door. The safe box not working. Bathroom is so small, you cannot sit properly on the toilet. The shower is old and there is no place to put your shampoo or soap. The room doesn t have a moschito net, so you need to keep the windows closed and bare with the stuffy smell. Balcony witdth is about 60 centimeters, some balconies are facing other buildings which are very close.
During the night it rained and gathered all the water as the shape of balcony is concave. You just feel surrended and squeezed by the little space.
Breakfast was poor and had the worst filter coffee ever, ordered an extra capuccino and seemed that that machine was damaged as well. Consists mostly of biscuits and cakes that you can find in supermarkets.
Paid for 7 nights but moved after the first one. It’s not worth it to ruin a holiday in a place like this. The manager says they cannot renovate because the owner wouldn’t allow them to. I can understand Corfu has a humid and rainy climate, but other owners work hard for their apartments maintenance during the whole year.

A great small hotel with a family atmosphere. The rooms are small but cozy, freshly refurbished, cleaned every day. The whole object is very pleasant and clean. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach. The area is calm and quiet, there are taverns and shops in a small distance, but there is no place here, which is a plus for this place, loud discos or clubs.
The most important thing at the end - the owners of the hotel are its biggest plus. It is extremely nice, very helpful and cordial people. They treat each guest individually, everyone greets each day with a smile and a nice word. They are able to help almost in every case. The rest of the hotel service is also very polite and helpful. Thank you for making our stay on the island more pleasant.

Booked this hotel quite last minute and stayed here for 4 nights as a couple.
In a good location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bit of a steep hill walking back up. Very quiet being adults only. Ample parking for at least 4 cars so no issue with our hire car.
Pool area spacious, clean and very comfortable sun-beds.
Staff all very friendly, especially Konstantina, what an asset to the hotel she is. One of the happiest, friendliest young lady’s we have ever met! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Owner was also very friendly and helpful on the front desk.
The rooms are small, we did know this when we booked from reading reviews. Wasn’t an issue for us really as we were there such a short time, and not in the room very much. Our room didn’t have any kind of view from the balcony, which is what we booked but there are rooms that have a lovely sea view. Balcony doors quite hard to open and very small space. Safe in room which we didn’t use and tea and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately this was very dusty on inspection. Wi-fi is a public network and very hit and mis. We were aware the bathroom is an issue from previous reviews, and we have to agree. Could cope with the close proximity of the shower, sink and toilet but the shower cubicle itself is extremely snug. I have added a photo with a pair of my hubby’s shoes inside, to give an idea of the actual size when standing in it. Many elbows were bashed trying to have a good wash! Shower itself was powerful and good. Another issue we found with the room was no bin in the bedroom itself, just a small one in the bathroom. Not very practical when you are supposed to use this for your used toilet paper as you can’t flush it away. Bed was comfortable and good air con. Slept very well each night.
Breakfast was quite a let down for us also. On the surface it looks quite varied but most of it was not good. Meats and cheese etc were ok but eggs, bacon etc that are supposed to be hot, were always cold. Scrambled eggs were more like bits chopped up and fried like you would find in an egg fried rice! One morning there was even a bowl of cold baked beans for some strange reason! I tried some of the chocolate cereal which was just sat in a bowl, but it was stale and inedible. We discovered one evening the cereal was left in the bowl overnight with cling film over the top, so that explains this. Also jams etc were left with the spoons in and lids open, exposed as well. This put me off eating these again also. Coffee and juice were ok.
We had a relaxing time here but due to issues with shower and breakfast, we would have struggled to stay any longer than we did.
Still gave 4 stars due to the staff, location, being adults only and outside space.

Loved it. Originally booked elsewhere (in Kavos), it was dire, we saw this and booked. VERY HAPPY! This was mid-late October, so very reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, lovely little resort / village, beautiful beaches, glorious weather, whats not to like?!
We were lucky to get upgraded to a siew-view/sunset room, which made a big difference - glorious! At the back, in October, the room was just a bit cold, we needed the a/c on heating mode - but at the front was just amazing.
Also, end of the season - very quiet, restaurants all closing, and although lovely during the day, was actually darn cold in the evenings, be warned! Clear crisp and chilly evenings, we needed thicker coats... (Hotel was lovely though)
