We stayed here for a friends birthday party. We got shown round the kitchen, conservatory and our room. The continental breakfast is all supplied for you in the kitchen and you just help yourself. Our room was very nice, lovely views and everything you needed. We were able to park on the premises, we could walk to our friends house and party which was great. We met the host on the day we were checking out and she asked if everything was ok. The only negative thing I had to say is that we could hear a lot of noise from the room above which meant we didn’t get a good nights sleep, so if we stayed there again we would ask for the room at the top of the annex. But everything else was positive. We will go back when we visit our friends house. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

We stayed here for a wedding near by at Cooling Castle. Firstly, it is ideally placed for attending a wedding here, the location is great. As for the B&B itself, I have never stayed at a more helpful place - they even went out to buy a non-slip shower mat for the shower as I had a bad knee and was a bit unsteady on my feet. The host went above and beyond for us, asking our preferences for the ample continental breakfast and giving us advice on places to go nearby.

Stayed with a friend for a wedding. Facilities clean, spacious and property beautifully presented. Excellent kitchen and conservatory (shared) and excellent service. Lovely area to walk and visit. Continental breakfast (serve yourself in the kitchen) had everything I needed - except Marmite (lol)? Would stay again if in the area.

I and a friend recently attended a Wedding Reception at nearby Cooling Castle Barn and needed a twin room for one night. Orchard Cottage is first class for cleanliness, comfort and they think of everything you may need. And extremely pleasant people to make one's stay even better.

Stayed here the first two weeks in December on a business trip. Firstly the accommodation is outstanding, very spacious rooms and comfortable! The highlight of the property is the showers, better than most hotels! There is plenty of parking too. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and had a lot of nice chat's with them during my stay. The location of the property is in a quiet village, however it is suitably located for any one who wishes to explore Kent. Also only a 10 mins drive to the town of Rochester with easy access to London (35 mins on the train, and trains every 20 mins to Victoria Station). Highly recommended and I would certainly return!

Outstanding. Journeyed South for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay here. Stayed for three nights with two young children and seven adults. Private and peaceful, clean and tidy. Accommodating, friendly and helpful owners. A perfect stay, thank you Push.

Orchard cottage is a self contained annex with five en-suite bedrooms kitchen and conservatory. We stayed two nights in a double room booking a further three rooms for family members on the second night to attend a wedding at nearby Knowle country house. All rooms were spotlessly clean beds comfortable and the spacious family room with choice of single bed, bed guard and/or cot meant little ones were catered for. with no other guests the self contained nature of the annex suited us as a family perfectly. Pushpinder was so friendly and accommodating both before and during our stay. Tea and coffee are freely available in the kitchen and breakfast is provided to help yourself with cereals yoghurts fruit bread crumpets etc which suited us with a young grandson. Pushpinder provided a taxi number so we booked that in advance (£13.50 from Knowle house for an 8 seater after midnight) For this occasion Orchard Cottage suited perfectly and Pushpinder is a delightful host who goes out of her way to meet any requests.

We stayed one night as a family, in a twin and a double room. Both rooms were immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms filled with everything we needed. The annexe itself was warm and welcoming. The continental breakfast provided was great, again with everything we needed and wanted. I requested gluten free bread and this was sorted with no fuss. The lovely lady who welcomed us was incredibly friendly and very helpful. This really was a fab find and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, quality B&B.

Orchard Cottage provided very comfortable accommodation. It was clean and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable. The most outstanding feature of my stay was the level of hospitality shown by Push. She clearly values her guests and looks after them as if family! When I asked her if there was anywhere nearby to get a light lunch she readily volunteered to make me a sandwich - which was delicious. An excellent place to stay.
