I've been before but not since at least 2009 and it has changed significantly and sadly, not for the better. Firstly I booked through a table...

We stayed on a week night en route to Warwick Very easy to find and extremely close to the m40. Clean, but average room. Although all the staff seem to be foreign we were given a pleasent welcome. The room was very cold, but as soon as we asked the staff it was fixed for us. Dinner was 'OK' only...

Flat screen television, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, kettle etc. and represented very good value indeed for the tariff charged. Reception in the...

We found the Fox to be perfect for a one night stay. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The young man who served behind the bar was very polite and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and had everything we needed, a tv, a fridge, an iron and ironing board and plenty of sockets in our room. The...

Had the misfortune of staying here. The beer tasted off - the barman refused to do anything about this. It turns out the pipes had not been cleaned for several days. The food arrived and it was lukewarm. All of the smokers co greatest outside the window of my room which even with it shut did not stop the noise...

A fabulous time for ourselves and guests in a lovely country inn in the quiet countryside. The rooms were clean with tea and coffee making facilities a nice touch having a teapot in the room. There were 36 people eating and all the food came out at the same time and we all had a lovely meal. A full English...

A friend booked The Fox Country Inn for one night calling direct and getting a better deal than from a hotel website. The bar was full of knick knacks with squishy sofas and low beams. Tweak 1. Barman didn't know that Brandy is the same as Cognac! Lunch was great. Good price well presented and tasty. Tweak 2. Lemonade pump...

A lovely traditional style pub / restaurant serving well presented tasty food and a range of drinks including guest ales. The bar and restaurant areas are comfortable and provide for a very relaxed atmosphere. Similarly with the bedrooms which are well equipped, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and noticeably work hard to ensure that...
