Eight family members stayed here for 4 nights in February 2019. Everything about our stay was great. The pick up at the Busuanga Airport was very smooth. We were driven by van to a river, then transferred to the resort by boat. We were greeted at the resort's pier by a group of

I book this place then realize how far this was from the Coron main town. I asked them since I didn’t know the area. If you want to book the boat tour it’s on the other side of the island and will take an hour or so to get there. From Busuanga airport Coron Town is only 20 min.

Our stay at El Rio Y Mar was absolutely beautiful. We were greated with singers as the boat arrived to the Dock. Our cabin was remarkable, clean, tidy and the view is outstanding. Every night at dinner the singers worked their way around each table to sing a few songs. They also

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at El Rio Y Mar. All transfers were smooth, efficient, no waiting which was great. The hotel grounds were very well maintained and clean. The pool/beach were also in good condition. We were impressed with the a la carte menu food, less so

This is a charming and relaxing resort. The staff were unfailingly helpful and welcoming, playing basketball with our teenage son at a moments notice. Watersports equipment, from fins to SUPs and kayaks were freely available. Of the available tours, I can recommend the Coron

When we were there the diving tours’ prices did not depend on the nr of guests. Which tours did you have in mind?

We tried to arrange things before getting there, but in the end, we arranged things very easily when there. We were able to have a lovely couple and child join us one day and for the diving, we joined two men and one woman who were also diving. It worked out very well for us. I was nervous waiting, but all was well.

How is the beach? Is electricity 24/7?
The beach is very narrow - it doesn’t have the blue colored water that we had imagined - we didn’t swim in it nor lounge around the area bec of the water conditions. Dark waters. Electricity was reliable ! On days that it poured buckets of rain, the resort still Had power.

If you go on el nido’s website they can answer all of your questions via e mail. They are supper helpful and will answer all of the questions you have regarding time it takes to get there as well as a availability. You should also consider downloading an app like noble app or WePhone or Skype where you can buy minutes and call other countries for very cheap.
