Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The whole venue is very large with houses in different sizes and styles. We had a one bedroom Apartment with all amenities including a private terrace and just footsteps to the pool. There is a small shop where you can buy groceries, wine or forgotten beauty equipment. But the venue definitely is the Cherry on the cake. Though the road to the fattorie is a bit adventurous.

We discovered the Fattorie di Celli by pure chance, looking for a house for a week of family vacation.
The place is nested on a hill, with an unbeatable view on the medieval village of Poppi.
The environment is that of a hamlet with beautiful houses in a quiet property decorated with sculptures providing a nice contrast with the classical Tuscan constructions (very well restored and equipped with all modern amenities).
The staff is especially welcoming and friendly, with &a special mention to Chiara and Paola, who have both been outstandingly helpful in handling daily requests for restaurant bookings and other matters.
Most of the guests have been returning countless times, which is another reason to try this beautiful retreat in the heart of Italy.

Fattorie di Celli is a fantastic place, you can really be immersed in the nature, you sleep at night with the sound of silence, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the building are beautiful with a mix of wood and stone. The best place to have a relaxing holiday, great both for couples and group of friends.

Everything and more then you expect: a gorgeous view (looking over the hills of Tuscany straight to the village and castel of Poppi) a beautiful house with a delicious pool. The house itself is nicely decorated with numerous pieces of art. We enjoyed the tranquillity of the resort and the friendly staff. If you are looking for an holiday in Tuscany, we sure recommend Fattori di Celli!

We hired multiple villas at Fattorie Di Celli for a week with family and friends (approx 50 people) in June. Hosting our wedding day on the 5th day of our stay.
The pictures do not give Fattorie Di Celli the credit it deserves! It was a stunning location and worked perfectly for the number of guests we had staying.

There is plenty of space/land, superb views. Separate pools and a play area for children, a fitness trail, tennis court/football pitch/ table tennis table all also included in the grounds.

All of the rooms are of a similar good standard - inclusive of kitchen areas and ensuite in each room as well as some extra shared bathrooms with each villa.

The staff here couldn't have done more to make our stay better. They were extremely helpful from start to finish and made our stay here perfect.

The location of Fattorie di Celli is around 3 miles to nearest town, Poppi and not far from Florence either.

We can't recommend Fattorie di Celli highly enough and will definitely return in the future.

Stayed one night in the bubbles, very nice experience, you can enjoy total privacy and relaxation.

An aspect that absolutely needs improvement is that relating to breakfast: the fresh fruit specified in the basket at the time of booking was not present.
Furthermore, being lactose intolerant, before our arrival we were asked for breakfast the next day (therefore with almost a day's notice), if it was possible to replace the yogurt included in the breakfast basket with a Greek or lactose-free yogurt, the answer was that "they were standard, ready-made baskets".
I understand that customer requests can be the most disparate, but since health problems are specified, I believe that for a breakfast of 20 euros each (twenty!), it would have been possible to satisfy this request. However, I then worked independently in a supermarket not even 10 minutes away, perhaps with a little more effort the same thing could have been done by the Staff.
However, overall, the structure and experience are absolutely recommended!

The beauty and privacy of the context is undoubted. Structure surrounded by greenery for a unique experience. Courteous and helpful staff.
I have to admit (subjective consideration) that the external bathroom on the ground floor is madness, especially on a rainy weekend like ours.
I understand the Wild experience but this is too much, the bathroom must be in the rooms,
Going down every time to shower or do your business is absurd.
Furthermore, this external bathroom is not highlighted at all on the site and is never shown in advertising videos... more transparency is needed
Maybe some people like it... but not me

For the cost of €250/night + €70 breakfast (for two), the bubbles are not up to par. The bubble with the bed has a missing hexagon, patched up with a plastic panel placed on it, complete with openings on the sides, perhaps this is what causes the presence of insects in the bubble. I understand being in the woods, but if before going to bed I find myself eliminating 8 spiders on the floor of the room, the size of a coin, I would say that it is not exactly romantic. Then it's up to you to define how much contact with nature you appreciate having. The bubble with the table, however, has an open sliding door, so various insects (and a lizard) entered without too many problems. The three air conditioners present (one per bubble and one in the bathroom) have complications in use. In the bubble with the bed the "smart" version only works at 23°, a little warm; alternatively you have to turn on/off. The air conditioner in the bubble with the table doesn't work in heating mode (trying to point this out in the facility, an unfounded reason was parroted back to me, in the end I resigned myself and agreed with what they said, so as to close). Finally, we also risked paying for breakfast which we had not requested in the reservation; At least that was resolved without any problems. Hot water lasts 20 minutes before running out and requiring hours of recharging. In general the idea is wonderful and the place is valid, comfortable beds, supply of dishes and what you need present, but I think that the price range and the luxury business card make you think of something different.
