Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

there are few things that i feel are important to know before go there.
First: the english version of the website is not based of the price of this year (but 2018) so you will spend more.
second: you have to pay for everything: electricity, internet, car parking and is really the first time that this happen in my entire life!
third: is full of family with children and there is not education: if you go there for do trekking (like me, so plan to wake up very early in the morning) my advice is to don't go. The children were shouting and playing till midnight.
if you go only for holidays is fine
fourth: the price of the food in the restaurant are expensive. my advice is to go in the town and eat there
last one: i tried to talk with the girl who is (i think) the director and she took everything personal, i think that when you work with customer you need to be polite and listen what the people tell you.
the place is very nice cause is in the forest. the toilet is very down (71 stars) and there is no light in the night at all.

Beautiful location (a wonderful chestnut grove). At the reception the girl was almost annoyed by our presence (maybe she was tired). When asked to know which pitch was assigned to us, we were told "where you want"... hurray for safety! So in case of emergency no one where the guests are. Dark and very steep campsite. The car remains very far from the pitch (to unload the tent and go to rest it other than the gym). The same thing goes for the "not very clean but acceptable" bathrooms located at the base of this ridge (if you feel like peeing at night... that's your business). Another thing was that we asked for the internet connection for the pitch and we were told that it costs €1 per day. There are 2 of us and we have to stay for 3 days. Okay! At the checkout we are given 6 codes and asked for €6 (3+3 me and my wife); to which we say that we only need 3 codes 1 per day for 1 user. Then the receptionist cuts the last three codes from the piece of paper (visibly annoyed) and makes me pay €3. The next day we decide to leave. I ask to have €2 back of the codes relating to unused codes. A series of mischief begins, the codes once issued are non-refundable (and the 3 from the day before?) and what's more they cost €3 per day (he had forgotten that I had already paid the day before). In short, he didn't refund me but it's obviously not because of the €2 but because of the mockery. The last gem is a slice of Eurospin tart which costs €1.60 as a whole, we paid €3 for it. I think we will never return to this campsite again.

che attacco hanno le prese di corrente?

Salve. Le prese hanno attacco industriale (quello blu con tre poli). Le prese erogano 3 ampere. Nei bagni l'attacco è normale da abitazione.
