It's so hard to understand why a place so beautiful like this is managed so bad. Why the cleaning is so bad and the room smells bad and it's full of mold, broken furniture, spider webs, a lot of dust and dirt everywhere, seems to be for ages like that. The breakfast was poor, not many choices and very crowded. The light in the restaurant is going of at 10:00 and the food as well is being taken. Beeing our second time here we only had breakfast because the all inclusive meals are as bad as the breakfast. We have eaten one night, paid 35 euros per person and didn't enjoy what they had. Coming back after 5 years I will say that we are not coming back again if this place will not get a make over. Hard to breathe in the room and in the bathroom was worse because of the mold. Dissapointed in seeing the fields that they have in such a degradation, full of weeds, even the voleyball court. Most of the sunbeds are broken. All of the activitys are starting at fixed times, not one minute later or earlier. Love to see this place more taking care of because it's hard to find a nice place like this.

First of all really disappointed! 5 stars hotel, overrated! Dog friendly, no way! At arrivals we were notified that we will have to pay extra charge also plus price raise 100% The hotel never informed us in advance even if we communicated in advance via Booking.com messaging service about the details of heaving dog with us. The "great 5*hotel "doubled the price from 50 euros to 100 euros for 4 nights straight at the arrival in order to enforce customer to not bring pets, this was the manager note! Let's say that I decided to pay in order to not ruin my holiday. Asking where I can bring my dog, the answer was, nowhere! Dog will stay only in the room! This was to much considering that in the hotel yards homeless dogs were everywhere, even on the beach, big ones olso quite dangerous. Please check picture! No one cares about customer safety, but they enforced me keep my dog indoor also to charge for that facility. Second issue, cleaning --poor...my bad has the mattress protection full with allot of different hairs type, I don't want to go in detail... pee stains...disgusting the hotel knowing that I am with 11 month baby they offered the room in that condition, shame on them .That was our cleaned room at arrival. In the bathroom we flooded in the first day, until someone comes to repair the sewage, being full of shitystuff. They should cleaned before our arrival. Walls full of dents pictures attached, shame that I cannot add more picture. Food was ok but not at the 5 stars standard, I never cut a slice of salami or cheese with the knife from the unfrozen solid roll in 5 star hotel! And should be more to add. The rate will reflect my stay in "5 start" hotel also not pet friendly as they advertise. I will also add this details in other appropriate websites in order to inform about all this poor customer care service in order to avoid any visit there from different customers. Are many more pet friendly location, we not recommend to stay there. Hope my comments will help.

We are still staying at this hotel and have just had an awful experience trying to get our room cleaned with reception telling us they don’t know when someone will be able to do it. Housekeeping is non existent!! We have a baby crawling and the carpet wasn’t hoovered once, we have wet towels that are starting to smell. We asked the cleaners on the landing, visited reception and called reception but to no avail. Pros: large room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Cons: No housekeeping at all (certainly not our room or our neighbours who complained to us about it) No privacy on balcony. Room overlooking a Horses field. Swimming pool is cold. Overall not a pleasant stay at all and wouldn’t recommend staying here. Certainly not a 5 star in any shape or form.

Definitely not a 5star hotel. It is obvious that much money is invested in this property. It‘s a pity, but it is definitely not maintained properly. Not a proper cleaning of the room was made for our 6-Nights stay. Only the bins were emptied. The bed linen was not changed for the whole stay. The floor in the room and bathroom was not cleaned even a single time, although we put „ Please, make up the room“ label on the door handle. When we arrived we saw two dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The balcony was very dirty as well. I guess no one checked if the room was OK before our arriving. The area around the outdoor pool was very dirty. Pool looked very dirty as well. The lack of staff was obvious. The food was terrible to me. And most importantly the kids got sick soon after our arrival, so did many other kids we met there. The snacks in the afternoon served at the pool were at lowest possible quality. The beach area was nice. There were many umbrellas and sunbeds. Animation in the evening was also ok. The bar at the beach closes at 17p.m. It also looks like after war. We wanted our drinks in big cups so that we don’t go there every half an hour but some supervisor yield at the boy in the bar that only small cups are allowed. Actually, the boys at the beach bar and the animators were the only friendly members of the staff. Everyone else was extremely unfriendly. Positive things are the free parking and the nice playground for the kids. Not worth for the money. Our stay was definitely not pleasant but at least the kids did‘t pay much attention and spent relatively good time at the seaside. I tried not to pay attention to all listed problems but my summer vacation was ruined.

The room was dirty at our arrival, in particular the floor was not clean. The sides of the beds were dirty with what looked like old stains from vomit. Overall, all the soft furniture in the hotel is dirty and disgusting. Very bad choice of furniture for a hotel full of children as soft furniture is impossible to clean. The curtains were not thick enough and it was difficult to sleep for the whole family. We were in 41A and we had the "Christmas lights" above the main entrance of the hotel blinking in our eyes until 23 hrs. Several times I had to call the Reception as at midnight the lights were still on. Instead of apologising, mostly the receptionist was arguing that the lights are switched off automatically at 23 hrs - obviously not, as at midnight they were still on. One night my husband had to even go down to the reception at 3 am to ask them to switch them off again - the lights had been turned on after we had fallen asleep. We stayed 12 days - our sheets were not changed during that period of time. We would expect they would be changed twice, or at least once in 12 days. The cleaning was only done properly by one of the cleaning ladies (to whom we are very thankful and who was the only helpful member of staff in the whole hotel). When we had someone else, almost nothing was done. We had a wasp nest in the roof just above our balcony. The wasps were huge and were flying all day on our balcony, which made it impossible to use or open the windows. We signaled the problem from the very start and according to a member of the hotel staff, the hotel had been aware of this for at least a week. Despite that, nothing was done to remove the wasp nest until our departure. Moreover, the staff at the Reception were lying to us that they will do something. Several days passed, then they suddenly realised that a company needs to come as the problem was serious and of course the company never came and I bet it never will. The food tasted like canteen food and does not correspond to what a 5 star hotel should be providing. There was no description of what we are eating. Fish was called fish and that's all. No details about allergens. The staff in the restaurant were mostly in bad mood. They were not cleaning the tables properly, not to mention the chairs who were dirty with food and drinks from the previous people who sat there. The plates and cutlery were dirty and one had to look for a long time for a more or less clean plate or spoon. All the guests of the hotel were suffering from a stomach bug and people were vomiting everywhere. In our family of four, only I didn't get it. With such low hygiene in the hotel, it was impossible to avoid this. The pools were full of hair and sand. The floors and the walls of the pools were covered with sand and were dirty. Even in the 25m indoor pool, were I was hoping to find something a bit cleaner, people were swimming without swimming caps and with the same swimsuit from the beach. The animation for the kids was non existent during the day. I was expecting to be able to leave my kids for a couple of hours to enjoy some time in the pool or on the beach with my husband, but this was impossible. They were just giving some sheets of paper and pencils to draw and were not watching over the children, but were staring at their phones. The animation in the evening was more or less ok, but one of the nights, there was a drinking game, which left us speechless. And this happens in front of all the children of the hotel. Overall, this is no more than a 3 star hotel - and it is largely overpriced and too dirty even for a 3 star hotel. We just came back from Bansko where we stayed in a 3 star hotel with much better service and food. I would like to receive a partial refund, as the service and food in the hotel are much below what a 5 star hotel should be offering.

No cleaning in the room. The beds are simply not made, there is no water, no towals!,no toilet paper, the floor is dirty! Reception? what a mockery. Nobody understands and I don't speak English. You can ask for anything and it will be not made. You will only hear sorry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We booked 5 nights and stayed for only 4! We got sick with enterococcus, even though we payed attention at what we eat. The cleaning is poor, the bathroom smells funny, and the price we payed was a theft if we consider the services offered. Except the design of this hotel very luxurious the services are very bad! The only plus is the nearby beach.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 4 days. First of all, I was extremely disappointed that our room had a very disturbing smell (someone definitely smoked there). I asked at reception to gave us another room and I was turned down. At breakfast the variety of food was poor and had no taste at all. (I’ve been in June at another hotel in Golden Sands and the food was exceptional). Water slides had a specific program. Nobody told us about that when we’ve checked-in. On our 3rd night, my son started vomiting and complaining about tummy aches. I’ve called the doctor. She came. Gave him a antivomitting pill and assured us it will pass and everything will be ok. She stayed for max 3 minutes, wrote me a prescription and told me in a hurry that I have to pay her 100 euros. I’ve asked her to give him something for his stomach ache and she said she doesn’t have anything. After a half an hour my son was feeling the same and I’ve decided to check-out at 4 am and go home with him. The single plus from me is for the beach. But I will never ever in my life come to this so called “5 stars” hotel.

After two days in the complex my son started vomiting, next day daughter, she spend night and the next day in the hospital on the infuses, next day my youngest daugter started vomiting and all of them had a big fevers. So we spend five days from seven days of the vacation in the hotel room, without any servise. Lat day came to my hotel room the security with the guy from the reception, to blame me that they saw on the cameras, i took the fruits to the hotel room. That was a terrible behavior and never more. Please avoid this complex. The pool was green, no like on the photos! Outside it looks like the ***** stars hotel, but inside is not real!

2 out of our 3 members family were infected with enterocolitis virus, probably from the sea, because 300 m from their beach is an open sewage channel which discharges feces and waste straight into the sea, and the current washes them straight on Therma Beach. After two days on the beach we were both ill. I can attach the medical certificate... No answer or action from the hotel management. Hopefully hotel staff were kind and helpful with the situation (they called a medic, which, of course, we paid). Otherwise all the pools look like they haven't been vacuum cleaned for days (haven't seen that operation done in 4 days so far). Lifeguard staff at the pools isn't supervising the kids to play in complete safety and today I've seen a messy brawl between kids near the slides, in the pool, which was resolved by the parents, not by staff. Lighting of the access road to the hotel is very poor, in a very isolated and not properly arranged area. Except for that staff is nice, conditions are ok, rooms are large and with good amenities. Restaurant is ok, but a certain virus from the sea prevented us from enjoying the good food variety.
