Excellent stay in the swift s pod for 4 nights booked through hoseasons. Very comfortable lodge for me and the wife, would struggle for anymore than 2 people though I would say! We used the pull down bed which was comfortable for the 2 of us rather than the maisonette bed up the ladders as we’re a pair of fatties. Everything you need in the swift s pod, the tv could do with being on a swivel bracket so you can pull out and face the corner suite but still clearly see it from the sofa The lodge was spotless and very toasty with the central heating. Hot tub very clean and nice and hot on arrival, the hot tub could just do with having stone/patio to the bottom of stair access to lodge as was very muddy on the first couple of nights until we got the deep freeze 😀 Overall a very nice lodge in a nice idillcc location. We use hoseasons a lot for hot tub lodge breaks and this one didn’t disappoint.

Booked a 3 night stay in a megapod 2 with hoseasons, on arrival was over the moon when we saw it, it was spotless and everything there we needed as a couple, thought we may have felt differently if there were more than 2 of us. Took our little dog Milo with us and he loved it, it would have been 5 stars but the bed was really bad for us, my husband and I are both in bad health and the bed was far too soft, so much so that after 2 nights we packed up and came home. My daughter hired a diamond caravan and it was gorgeous and she had PROPER BEDS in both bedrooms and paid less than us, I would definitely go back but only in a caravan due to the bed.

Just come back from a lovely 7 night stay. This was our 1st time of visiting. We stayed in a 3 bed diamond caravan with a hot tub. It was spacious and clean. You have a little welcome back of 2 dishwasher tablets, bun bags, sponge, tea towel, and a small bottle of washing up liquid and 2 toilet rolls. Towels are also provided. The site istelf is located a 10/15 minute walk from Coldstream centre that has shops, pubs and restaurants and a petrol station. The views are absolutely stunning. The got tub is a must for a great relax after walking the hills of Edinburgh, and you also get a very fast wifi connection. Edinburgh is just over an hours drive away, through some lovely views, and Berwick upon Tweed is in the other direction over the border 20 minutes away. Yes, the park is next to the main road, and it can be loud at times, but the site has installed trees along the edge, so it will help once these grow. The lights around the hot tub are quite bright and each hot tub is next to your neighbours bedroom windows which is why there is a 10am until 10pm curfew for using it and there are no blackout curtains but you do get used to it. The only thing I didn't like was being provided with 1 pillow. If I had known, I would have taken my own and had to go out and buy some pillow as I need to be propped up due to my asthma. We also missed having a 2nd tv in the main bedroom like other holiday parks we have stayed, but that is just a preference. All in all, this park is a little gem to relax and visit some amazing places. It is on the list to return.

We stayed as a family of 2 adults 1 child in a diamond caravan with Hot Tub. The van was immaculately clean & had everything we needed. The only downside for us was the sofa was very uncomfortable & so was the bed! Luckily my husband had packed the mattress topper! The hot tub was lovely, very clean & always hot! The lights on the evening really set it off just unfortunately they didn’t go off all evening & made a very bright bedroom due to the light curtains! Would have been great to be able to turn them off! The site was immaculately clean & everything seemed very new. We ate at the Indian restaurant in Coldstream which was a recommendation! Food & service was fabulous & very reasonably priced. The reason I’ve only given the 4* is that the hot tub is restricted from 10pm until 10am unfortunately you don’t find this out until you’ve booked & paid! We’ve been on many hot tub breaks & love having a morning in the tub or an evening once the child is in bed! Unfortunately this wasn’t possible here so didn’t feel we got to use it as much as we liked. I feel this should be advertised somewhere before you proceed with a booking. Overall we enjoyed our break & the site is in a fab spot for exploring! Thank you ☺️

This was a beautiful caravan with hot tub. We went as a small family consisting of my husband, myself and our adult daughter, the place is peaceful and tranquil about a 20 minute stroll from Coldstream itself. The area is beautiful and for a small place a lot of takeaway’s if you don’t fancy cooking. The site itself had a guide in the caravan giving you local eateries with menus and prices also local historical and places to visit in the area. The hot tub was fantastic even the weather being hit and miss my daughter and I spent a couple of nights in the hot tub which is surrounded by a wooden fence so very private, with fairy lights around which made the whole experience magical. So good we plan to visit again with my elderly mother.

Our first visit here and we've already booked to go back. We absolutely loved it. The park as well as the accomodation is pristine and the staff are friendly. Plenty of towels provided for us all. Treats, blanket and bowl left for the dog which was a nice touch. Hot tub was toasting and has lights around the privacy fence which come on at night made it even more special. Has fabulous walks from the park to the river or the hirsel estate. Has a good co-op nearby and Sainsbury's is a short car journey away.

Coldstream is a lovely little site. It’s very peaceful and located near the river tweed with a nice walk in both directions. It’s a 20 minute walk into the town which is very picturesque. Quite a few dog friendly pubs and a well stocked co-op. The amenity block was clean and had a code to enter. It was very quiet when we were there and I fear in peak time it would be more difficult to use the facilities when you want. The female block consisted of 2 toilets, 2 showers and then a separate accessible family room with shower & toilet. There’s also 2 other units behind the block which can be used if busy. One gripe was the water pressure wasn’t great and personally I prefer the water to be hot. Considering it was only 3°c outside, lukewarm was disappointing and I couldn’t get a heat due to the pressure being so low. However this still wouldn’t stop us from coming back and I can’t wait to return next summer! We had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who was very helpful both in person and on the phone. Thanks for a great stay! (Pods and caravans look absolutely beautiful and plan to stay in these too)

Stayed in mega pod for 3 nights, The pod was lovely and cosy, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely base for touring the area and Hot tub was lovely to come back too, only very nit picky criticism was the hot tub was set over 40 degrees and as we didn’t arrive until evening was too hot to use the first night lovely after that when set to right temp. Would definitely return and recommend to family & friends .

This site is spotless and very close walking distance to the town of Coldstream. We stayed in a basic pod with our son and dog. It was spotlessly clean and had a really comfortable sofa bed and bunk beds. The under floor heating was a bit confusing to use, but heated up instantly when we needed it. When I say 'basic', I mean it has no amenities in it....no fridge, kettle or microwave, which we've had in every other pod we've stayed in. But, we knew this in advance and there were 2 microwaves and 2 small fridge freezers in the pot wash area. We mostly ate out and a friend was with us with a camper van and he made us all dinner one night. The pods are obviously very new, if not brand new and the site has other specs of pods, lodges and caravans also, we just hadn't booked early enough to get one. There's no shop on site and the reasoning behind this is fantastic. The site owner wants to bring business to the town and encourage people into the town to use its amenities. Couple of nice pubs, cafés, takeaways and a well stocked Co-op. Have also heard that there's another expansion being planned. The ONLY thing that I would say that 'needs attention' are the showers in the amenity block. They're really not fit for purpose. Poor pressure and flood the whole area and they're tiny. There are a couple of new toilet/showers at the back of this block and they were far superior to the main ones. All in all, we had a fantastic few days and would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Hi June, Thank you so much for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. As a relatively new site feedback is really important to us and helps other customers as well. We appreciate your comments about the toilet block, although this is only two years old we are already planning to replace it with a new block in 2024/25. We are also having mains water pumps installed on site to help with the pressure, these should be operating in the next few weeks. Hopefully we will see you again soon. Many thanks from all the team.

What a fantastic place! We booked this for the weekend and it’s one of the best relaxing weekends we’ve had! We were a late arrival and received an email the day before from Yvonne who explained they would leave our check in details for our arrival. As we approached our check in pack was there as advised and we had a map to our pod - we stayed in a mega pod 2 with a hot tub. We drove round to pod 8 - parking outside with a hot tub to the side and picnic bench to the front. On arrival we entered the pod to a little dog bowl, toy and treats for our dog - so kind and were so taken at how fab the pod was. A L shaped sofa bed, fold away table with 4 chairs and tv, kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, utensils, cutlery and a complimentary hygiene pack with a cloth, tea towel, washing up liquid and scourer! Everything you would need! To the back is a double bed and fantastic bathroom with full size sink and shower. Shower pressure is fantastic too. They have thought of everything here - usb sockets, sockets all around the pod, smart Tv so you can bring your own fire stick but it also has Netflix! Also underfloor heating which was a godsend and so cosy. Hot tub was ready for our arrival too - more of a 2 person tub than 4 but was brilliant. Each pod and caravan has fairy lights round the hot tubs and it’s such a nice touch.
