Haida Gwaii was an impromptu trip for myself and 3 friends and we had 3 nights at Copper Beech owned by Susan Musgrave. Her staff was warm and friendly and breakfasts really special. Breakfast 5* too.

We stayed at the Copper Beech House B & B in Masset on Haida Gwaii from Sept. 28 - Oct. 3 2016. We could not have chosen a more charming place to stay. This is a beautiful property and the inside of the 3 story, large cottage is fascinating. The walls are covered with Native art, as well as eclectic...

If you go to Haida Gwaii, you will not want to miss staying at the Copper Beech House. This is such a wonderfully whimsical and charming house, decorated with the most amazing array of furnishings, art, decorations and knickknacks, all carrying interesting stories and meaning. We had a long stay in the Garden Suite, which is very private and has...

Copper house is unique - it is filled with so many little treasures, books, furnishings, paintings etc. it accommodates about 9 guests who are encouraged to use the living area and gardens. Hosts are very welcoming and property is clean. Excellent breakfast. Copper house has great atmosphere and guests mingle and chat. I could have stayed longer!

Nice b@b we enjoyed our stay while while in masset for our daughters wedding. It is right on the harbour and two blocks to downtown. They serve homemade bread and fruit and yogurt for breakfast. If the weather is nice you can eat outside. No t.v. but limited wifi so get out and see the sights check out the totem...

I can only reiterate what all of the previous travellers have said about Copper Beech House. Susan's humour adds to the wonderful collection of "stuff" that includes priceless Haida art as well as interesting garage-sale "trash". We stayed in Cloud Nine for three nights and it was thoroughly enjoyable - peaceful and quiet - the staff, Faustenine and Tom couldn't...

The manager/hostess, Faustine was amazing. Great organization and treated everyone with such personal care. Arranged to get local crab and all had a great meal. Fantastic location, right at the harbour with bald eagles all around. An excellent deal at a super price.

We were charmed by Copper Beech the moment we arrived, and stayed charmed ... even after we'd left. I had reserved two nights in the Cloud Nine Room at Copper Beech way back in the fall -- I wanted to make absolutely sure that we would have that room for part of the time that we would be on Haida...

Copperbeech is a really nice place to stay in Blenheim ! So many great people over there! The rooms are clean. They have a nice garden where you can play football or something else. You can also sleep in your car outside if they have enough space.

Quite possibly the nicest BnB I have stayed in. Miriam was a fantastic hostess, very welcoming and helpful. Went very far out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, along with local knowledge and recommendations for our visit. A must stay when in Masset.
