Nestled amidst scenic wonders, Tevini - Dolomites Charming Hotel is celebrated for its prime location, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and its welcoming, relaxing atmosphere that guests often appreciate. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms earn consistent praise, although there are mentions of soundproofing and air conditioning improvements needed. While the quality of meals is lauded, some guests feel the value is diminished by additional costs for certain amenities and beverages. The hotel's luxurious spa and gourmet dining options, along with professional service, are highlights, despite occasional lapses noted in restaurant service and ski shuttle operations.

A wonderful stay in a magical and elegant location where nothing is left to chance. The staff, always attentive to the needs of the guests, stood out for their courtesy, kindness and professionalism. All services are of the highest quality, as is the rich breakfast and dinner coordinated by the super maître Davide who knows how to welcome with professionalism, kindness and friendliness.
The rooms are spotless, spacious and also suitable for families with small children (camping cot and baby bath tub inside the room). Very convenient location for those of us who have a stroller because even on foot along the cycle path you can reach Cogolo di Peio and Mostizzolo otherwise by moving by car in a few minutes you arrive at the start of various paths (some accessible with a stroller, others with a baby carrier) .
The only advice I can give is to add more typical dishes to the dinner menu which already offers delicious dishes while also always offering vegan and gluten free dishes. Highly recommended!

It is difficult to express in a few words the satisfaction felt in staying in this splendid hotel.
The fantastic location, immersed in the paradisiacal tranquility of Daolasa. Externally the structure is cared for down to the smallest details with ample outdoor parking.
We stayed in a superior double room, large and comfortable, with a splendid balcony overlooking the garden overlooking the mountain and equipped with two deckchairs and an umbrella to be able to comfortably relax as a couple. Large and well-kept bathroom with spacious shower and double hairdryer. Impeccable cleanliness.

At the reception Mara, Clara, Daniel and Gabriele are always impeccable, ready to satisfy the needs of all customers.

The SPA is a paradise: Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, ice cave, detox drink corner and two large relaxation rooms, one of which is equipped with super relaxing water mattresses. Large heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, with salt water outside and large hydromassage areas. 10+ at the spa.

The summer excursions with the medium mountain guide represent one of the flagships of the structure: Roberto and Rino are two exceptional guides. They took us to discover wonderful places every day. Their passion is overwhelming. The Nordic Walking and Yoga experiences with Sonia were beautiful. Everything included in the package. The only extra is the "cocktail under the stars" organized on Tuesday evening in a mountain hut
accompanied by the great Roberto (highly recommended experience).

At the bar there is Alessandro, a guarantee of kindness and professionalism. He prepares excellent alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails to accompany the afternoon snack, for which you can sit at the tables in the large room or at the tables in the garden in the pool area.

The breakfast buffet is complete and of great quality. Homemade desserts, croissants, yogurt and dried fruit, smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, all types of bread, local cured meats and cheeses, salmon, tuna and swordfish, hot drinks and juices. 10+

The service in the restaurant was truly top notch. Many thanks to the maitre Davide, a fantastic and cheerful person, always ready to welcome customers upon arrival with his contagious smile. Backbone of the room.
Ylenia, Adrian and the entire dining room team pampered us with their courtesy and kindness throughout the week and our warmest thanks go to them.
The refined cuisine of Chef Denise and her team left us speechless. Every evening a menu with a wide choice of typical traditional Trentino, vegetarian and Mediterranean dishes.

The Tevini hotel is an example of high-level hotel management. Nothing is improvised, everything is perfect.
A guarantee for a fairytale stay.
THANK YOU

Danilo Esposito & Roberta Galletta

I stayed at Tevini from 11 to 17 January 2025 and I loved the hotel care, cleanliness and proximity to the facilities. They were super cute for always making me eat everything despite my lactose intolerance. Last but not least Mr. Tevini, amiable and present in greeting all his new and historic customers!

But if I had to say the sore points I would definitely highlight the bed (mattress and pillows) and the poor soundproofing of the rooms.

Not least the excess rigidity on the part of the restaurant manager who charged us for a Sauvignon wine despite the fact that we immediately said that "there was something wrong"...the moral of the story the wine "forcibly paid" remained at the table in the next three days since any of us (there were 10 of us!) managed to take more than half a sip.
I recommend to her a greater willingness and flexibility to dialogue with guests!

A unique winter break: skiing in January 2025. My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing the hospitality and friendly service of all the staff. The hotel is managed with great attention to detail. Everywhere very clean and warm, very comfortable semi-hard mattresses, exceptionally rich breakfasts, à la carte dinners and everyone can choose what they like. It is important that the chef takes into account food intolerances and prepares very tasty dishes. If the opportunity arises we will definitely return.

Well-kept high-level hotel that aims to always meet the demands of the customer, even and above all a pain in the ass like me, who prefers to ask once more and be almost annoying, but also and above all to give the opportunity to find a solution, without getting to do negative reviews puerile and sterile posthumous that do not really serve anyone, I must say that Mr. Lorenzo Tevini has always had an eye on us and the thing was naturally appreciated because he emphasized that attention to the customer that is not always so obvious and spontaneous.

The cuisine is of the highest standard and chef Denise Prevedel amazes us daily with her refined and never trivial combinations with products of the highest quality, memorable apricot sauce and curry on the rack of roast lamb, just to name one.

They accompany you during breakfast and dinner of young but impeccable boys, smiling, nice with grace and always absolutely available.

The breakfast ranges between sweet and savory, really complete and very varied and, no small detail, the eggs are cooked expressed, whether they are fried, hard-boiled or coque and for the most demanding even some more refined product a la carte.

But in the mountains you do not come, or you should not come, just for food, so we move on to the organization of trips with the nice Roberto who between a chat and a hand to cross a stream, will guide you in the magnificent landscapes of Trentino, among forests and memorable waterfalls will cross paths really affordable for everyone. I don't have a lot of experience in mountain trips or walks so as a beginner I must say that I have always been comfortable, never inferior to the other members of the group or ever felt compelled to run, so here too complete satisfaction. Not having performance anxiety we gladly lend ourselves to a chat and in the end it can happen to find ourselves in a magnificent mountain hut for a great lunch all together.

In our room, a huge junior suite with a private hot tub on the balcony also huge, we stayed very well; comfortable beds, 2 televisions, sitting area with comfortable sofa, single armchair, comfortable bathroom with large shower with chromotherapy and complimentary toiletries with bathrobes for access to the spa.

The wellness center inserted in the hotel will refresh you after walks and you can indulge in saunas, steam baths, water beds, heated outdoor and indoor pool and relaxation rooms where you can find peace and serenity.

What else can I say? Would I stay there again? Gladly and maybe for a few more days, the 4 days I did were enough just to understand where I was.

Our expectations for our stay were very positive based on the information and pictures on the hotel website; the Tower suite room has beautiful views of the mountains and had a nice jetted bathtub. The sauna/spa area were clean and well attended by staff. However, the positive feelings were quickly diminished when the bell staff took our luggage to the room entry, but didn't offer to help me get the bags up the stairs in our "tower" room. We learned quickly though that we would be "nickel and dimed" for anything above the minimal service. For example, 5 Euro to have ice cubes delivered to our room, 4 Euro to swap out a used bathrobe for a clean one. The dinner menus were comprehensive, but bland, many items lacked flavor.

Response from Lorenzo Tevini, Proprietario at Tevini - Dolomites Charming Hotel
Responded 4 Feb 2025
Dear 321edgarq, thank you very much for having chosen our hotel as the place to spend your holiday. We will definitely take in consideration your point on bringing the luggage to the upper level of the Tower room, this should happen without any doubt. About the room service charge though, it is written on the information given to our guests that this charge exists, also because when only ice cubes are asked, most of the time is to consume drinks bought outside the hotel. Whereas, about the 4,00 € charge for changing the bathrobes, it is our policy to do so, in order not to take advantage and change bathrobes everyday, as it is a huge useless consume of water, therefore against the 'now adays green policy'! If you'd like to visit us again in the future, we'll be very pleased to welcome you, our doors are open! Best regards Tevini Family and Staff Follow us on Social Networks Facebook and Instagram and stay tuned with all the news! #respiraunnaturalebenessere

Best hotel I've ever seen! The staff is very friendly, you even have a spa and indoor and outdoor hotel rooms are cleaned daily. Very child-friendly, with its own play area downstairs, including a game room! Very nicely located buffet is really excellent with a 4 course meal, sometimes very tasty! The rooms are really beautiful!! And very large on the 3rd floor you even have rooms with 2 bathrooms 🤩 super nice view, definitely recommended 🤩🤩

The structure of the Tevini Charming Hotel is very beautiful; the environments are cared for, you can breathe mountains in the furnishings and the skilful use of wood. The lobby, the dining room, the bar are well distributed and welcoming, the rooms (we were on the second floor) are large and spacious; the bathroom - with window - has a comfortable walk-in shower, and spaces to place and store your necessaires. the SPA and pools are in harmony with the whole structure; the indoor pool has two hydromassage areas, the outdoor (salty) one has very pleasant armchairs where you can enjoy a hydromassage and a cascading water jet. The outdoor spaces are well organized with umbrellas and sun loungers. The SPA has two classic saunas and a steam bath and two very nice and relaxing relaxation rooms.
The staff of the Hotel is kind and present; you should know everyone's name to be able to thank everyone; I would like to name Alessandro - the barman -, Samuel, Flavio, and Giulia.
Don't mind the others .. but with them there was a greater interaction and a manifestation of great attention to the guests.
The chef and the whole kitchen brigade the most sincere compliments; raw materials and preparation of dishes of the highest level, variety and imagination.
To the Tevini family a sincere thank you, with a special thought for the wonderful Martina who gave us great advice with a wonderful smile.
Let me conclude with a suggestion:
Even at the table, for dinner or breakfast, make available your water that is excellent, and not glass bottles!
Thank you.

The structure is very well looked after, the location is convenient for visiting Val di Sole and the surrounding valleys. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are beautiful. Friendly reception staff, very friendly, professional and helpful restaurant staff. Very good dinner, interesting flavors and well presented, special breakfast, appreciable snack. We stayed in a superior deluxe room: spacious, welcoming, decidedly quiet, very comfortable bed with double pillow of different weights that allows you to choose, the presence of the shutters that create perfect darkness for the night is very appreciable. Highly recommended, even for small daily attentions!

With my wife we spent 8 unforgettable days. It was our first time on holiday in the mountains so we had a bit of perplexity. The property has enthusiastically repaid what was seen when booking. Cleanliness and kitchen flagship without forgetting the friendliness in general transmitted by the Tevini family fully embodied by all their collaborators. It was also very important, at least for us as our first experience, that guided outings were organized (Rino and Roberto simply fabulous) that gave rise to wonderful walks and knowledge in the mountains of the Val di Sole (beautiful one by e-bike) but also the one where he saw us having lunch after a nice walk in a mountain hut with the meal cooked and brought from the Hotel in the presence of one of his sons Tevini together with 2 of his precious collaborators. "Stellar" cuisine managed in a wonderful way by the chef with different dishes every night, daring sometimes perhaps a little too much in flavors, and in the room by the presence of Giulia and Flavio able to beautifully coordinate all the staff especially the youngest. Sublime breakfast that saw us agree in having found unique among the various structures tried in our holidays even outside Italy. The only thing that the structure must in our opinion re-evaluate are the extra payments especially drinks at meals. However you agree to propose us again guests of this family atmosphere.
