We wanted to go to the beach to give our youngest Springer Spaniel her first dip in the sea. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The touring Caravan and motor home pitches were right on a cliff top overlooking the sea with a very easy walk down to the beach. All units had a good sea view which was really lovely. There is also a cliff top walk which we didn’t try out as the pup would no doubt have gone over the edge!! The dog friendly beach is quite stony in places so decent footwear is advisable. This is not a huge site and I cannot comment on the facilities as our motor home is self contained. It is very quiet and peaceful but a bit busier on a weekend. The pitches are of a decent size and spaced well apart. Water and waste emptying is readily available though. The site manager was very helpful and friendly and came to see each visitor personally. One very pleasant touch was the visit from the ice cream van!! I am told that there is going to be some work on the site over the closed period to enhance the pitches, it really doesn’t need much in my opinion. We can’t wait to go back again when the season starts up again.

What a fantastic place Just returned from a 15 night stay in a motorhome on the touring side. Pull up choose your own pitch Then a delightful fun loving Lady Chrissy turns up in her buggy and welcomes you with a big smile ( from under the mask ) 😂 Nothing is too much trouble Sam in the booking office was great as we did alter our booking a couple of times due to change in our circumstances Will we return ? Yes Soon as we can already booked for next year hopefully get back again this year Great site Great Location with sea views easy walk along the beach to the pub ! Shops within walking distance What more do you need Oh and adult only ! Love kids but sometimes you need some peace and quiet 🙈

So nice to be away again. Excellent site, the manager is very careful about C19. Feel very reassured with all the precautions. Wonderful blustery couple of days, beautiful views, very close to the beach. Want to come back again when less busy and the showers and toilets are open again.

We bought a lovely static caravan on this quiet, well kept site, with views over the sea. The site is privately owned by a family who are there to help at any time. Sadly, ill health forced us to give up our seaside dream. Happy memories of Sandy Gulls xxxx
