Two friends and I spent 1 night at Burnley house and couldn't fault it. We were welcomed by Stuart and Lesley with home made cake and a tray of tea which we enjoyed in the lovely cosy resident's lounge which had a roaring fire. We were then taken to our rooms all of which were

Have you a double room - 2 beds - for my daughter and myself for the nights of 11th /12th Feb. We have two very well behaved dogs. I would consider having two single rooms + dogs.
Not sure you have sent your question to the right place. You need to contact the owner and not a forum.
