I stayed at Corsa Hotel for 5 nights this september. The reason I’ve chosed this location is because they are pet friendly and I am travelling eith my little dog. The rooms are clean and large enough for 2 adults . The furniture is ok. Breakfast is served in the garden witch provides a romantic athmosphere. Food is fresh and can satisfy various tastes. The minus is the cofee, but you can buy a nice espresso from the bar.
The only thing that upset me was the beach. They don’ t provide sunchairs and umbrellas, neither any discount on rental.Nevertheless I will come again.

Great location, nice & clean rooms. Bathroom was clean. The sea is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not that great, no coffee (they had something called “coffee” but you couldn’t drink). Close to marina area, everything was fine. Great value/money

Stayed here 20th March for 2 nights. Hotel room was basic but well cleaned. Bed a little hard but bedding clean and crisp. The room is a good size with wardrobe, cupboard and mirror in a small hallway leading into a good shower room. Tiled from floor to ceiling.I have had worse bathrooms in many 4* hotels! Good hot water but they still have the shower head common on the European continent that you have to hold. The bedroom itself has dressing unit with small TV and fridge. 2 chairs and little table. Patio door opened onto good balcony overlooking the beach.. Beautiful views. There have been comments on staff and their English? We dealt with 3 different staff on reception and all spoke really good English. Breakfast is OK. Think what could put you off is the actual amount of food that it put out. Everything from cheeses, meats, bread, cereals etc. There's even a little toaster with selection of marmalades or jams... It's just that you may get there and find the cheese plate empty until the server comes back to check... We asked for more milk the one morning and no problem. Hotel is situated on the beachfront. Access down the steps onto a promenade and you can walk for miles! Beautiful coastline. Stop off in Lebada(swan) cafe for good beers , coffee and food at very reasonable prices. Lebada after the swans that seem to live in the sheltered inlet along the beach. Stop and watch the locals feed them.....the only negatives... Yes, those awful Orange Curtains! Even a change of colour would stop the rooms looking so dated! And yes, the locals love their dogs. We had no problems or ever felt threatened but there a lot of dogs around..well cared for and not wild. But once one barks... The lot start!!

We stayed for an extended weekend at Corsa hotel in March, calling 3 weeks ahead to make a reservation. We arrived on Thursday night at 10 pm and landed in the middle of chaos, the hotel being under considerable renovation. we were never forewarned of this disaster. if we had known this when I made the reservation, we would not have stayed at this hotel. since it was already night and we were with our dog, we didn't have the option to change the hotel.
although I specifically asked not to start the banging at 8 in the morning because we are on vacation, this was not taken into account and we woke up at the first hour in the morning, in the noise of flex and drill machines, and when I asked to speak to a manager, the receptionist told me that maybe someone from Bucharest will call me if they have time for something like this. 3 days and 3 nights, no one "had time" to call me. 0 points management (total disinterest towards paying customers), 0 points reception (impertinent and cheeky), 0 points cleanliness (I found remains of feces in the toilet, and urine on the toilet seat and the paper tape with "disinfected" nicely placed over the lid. the cleanliness was anyway poor in general, due to the enormous dust in the whole hotel, resulted from the construction site.

After 1 week in this hotel, the ships crew has been accused of hoarding for food. The truth that the food they are serving is very short. So whene and the other guest come 5 minutes later there is no more fiod. The hotel staffs just say that there is no more food. When I come to the restaurant 5 minutes before the opening, they are using the security guard to guard the food, and telling the ships crew that NOT ready before 0700 hrs. It looks like a prison in the movie.

Today I came to the hall and 2 elderly Romanian ladies are complaining because only few bits of sausages are left.

Perhaps the cook is using me ad an excuse, who knows.

The only things that are on the plus side are the WiFi and some receptionist are kind (not all).

The room, the cleaners barely touch the bed and I had been here for 8 days without them changing the bedsheets.

Avoid this hotel if you happen to visit Mangalia

We got there two hours before check-in. The people from reception were very positive and nice and allowed us to check in before. The rooms were clean, decent size, big and comfy bed, instant hot water. Breakfast was basic but enough for everybody. Big parking lot at a decent price. Big garden with children playground where we could enjoy decent priced drinks in the evenings. Great sea side view. 50 m distance from beach. The most important for me, every employee was positive and smiling when engaging customers

First of all every comment before me is so true.

We had a room booked before he company and when we asked if it is a double room (so that we can stay together) they said that the room is single and we have to pay for another one. Ok no problem...but 46€ per night for a room in extra season is really expensive.

We went to that booked room to check it out...surprise, it was a double room.

The staff is very unprofessional, they don't even know what food or wine they have. They do not know english, even though theybare situated in a harbour city and there are a lot of forigners.

Overall not a good experience!

I have just come back from holidays, having spent one week in this hotel. The conditions are poor, the staff is inefficient.

I have booked two rooms for a period of 7 nights through a booking site and was told everything would be paid at check out, there was nothing to be paid in advance. A couple of weeks before the check in date I received an email from Corsa, asking to guarantee the reservation by either providing my credit card details, or by transferring into their account 50% of the total cost of the room, which seemed a little too much for only a guarantee. I sent Corsa the card detailed and confirmed I did need the two rooms for the period stated in the booking. Having heard nothing back from them for a few days, I called to check on the reservation, which was then confirmed.

Ten days before the check in date, I receive another email from Corsa, asking for further details related to the credit card. I provided the info and asked that they do not block any funds from my account for the next two days, since there weren't going to be sufficient funds in the account. The next morning, checking my account, I noticed close to £300 missing. I immediately contacted Corsa, which assured me they haven't withdrawn the money, because "it wasn't the way they operated". Later that evening they called to confirm they did indeed block the funds as a guarantee for booking the two rooms. No apologies, no explanation.

The hotel itself is in a mediocre condition. My double bed was in fact made of two single beds moved one next to another: two douvets, two bedsheets, a split between the two beds. The furniture is shabby, old and cracked. The courtains and upholstery were orange and so bright that they gave me and my travel companions headaches. The rooms had no balcony and in spite of having booked 6 weeks in advance, we did not have rooms with a view. Aparently, the rooms with a view of the sea are only given to the ones requesting it, even when booking at last moment. Right below our rooms there were a couple of bars where the music blasts until very late at night.

One night I was visited by a big, black cockroach and it looked like the only service housekeeping was offering was to bring in clean towels and shampoo.

The breakfast was average and the variety of food was poor.

I am surprised they are still in business and I will definitely not be going back.

Location is perfect. Apart from that everything is terrible. Breakfast is a joke. The rooms are smelly. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom is dirty and everything is old and loose. If you want a "blast of the past" back to the comunist era please check in. And all this was expensive

I stayed there for 14 days. Overall, I fell like I didn't receive back the value of my money.

The hotel is 3* but this is an exaggeration. It is located very close to the beach but has no beach of its own.

Breakfast variety is poor.
Personnel is unprofessional and does very liitle to make you feel comfortable.
Rooms have an old and used outlook. Small/narrow balcony.
