Expect a committed staff who will go out of their way for you to ensure your stay as good as possible. Free covered parking is relatively close to the city is fantastic for country visitors and travellers. A 10 minute tram ride to flinders street which stops at the front door. There's absolutely no need to look for accommodation any...

We stayed here on the 10 January for one night and this is by far one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in here in Melbourne so far! We had a family room which had its own kitchen. The room itself was spacious and very clean. When you walk in you can smell its clean. The bathroom was really...

Convenient, old style motel. Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Free parking. Close to Jewel Station, and tram 19 to CBD. Ask for a room in the rear building to avoid noise from Sydney Rd. Opposite Princes Park.

I wanted to go for comfort without compromising on economy, and I did choose this hotel. 1. The room was huge 2. The Kitchenette was fully loaded and I did not need to eat out at all 3. The location is just opposite to the Princess Park, which is an ideal place to jog or walk 4. The tram station...

As a family we travel to this accommodation for work for two weeks in December. It is always very clean with plenty of room to move. Perfect position right beside the tram lines that run straight to the city. Great place to stay in all aspects!

Excellent stay. Very clean, immaculate. However building is old but renovated, exterior is tired in some places and my room on the third floor meant I had to walk up external stairs - however it is an awesome location right on Brunswick Street/Sydney Rd in Brunswick, the shops and restaurants and cafe's are at your doorstep. Tram is directly outside....

For our family it's a given to stay here. Good value, clean and comfortable rooms and a very handy location. We drive off the highway down Sydney road and park car. It's then walk/tram/cab for the entire stay. Of course excellent customer service is a given here.

I fly to Melbourne several times a year and I have found this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Easy to get to by Taxi (just outside CDB) and right on the route 19 tram so easily accessable if using the Skybus to Southern Cross. The staff are happy to assist even when I've turned up...

If you are Brunswick St (and if you aren't, why not?) do your mouth a favour and eat here. Contemporary decor meets great food and lovely hosts. Wear something loose around the waste because you will be very full.
