Short visit to a great city. The hotel is well situated for the public transport system, but wouldn't recommend for single female travellers, it can be a bit daunting at night. Room was basic and very dated, but the linen was fresh and clean. Hot water, hot and plentiful. Could have done with replacing the loo roll before arrival. No...

Stayed here for a night during the weekend. Supposed-to-be-check in time was 1:00 pm but since we arrived earlier (we traveled from Netherlands and had barely sleep) and we really have to go to the bathroom, I asked the receptionist if we can check-in early. He then said that we can wait at their dining area for about 15 minutes...

Near to tram and bus stops. easily accessible to the airport. Nearest to the city center, you get what you paid for, but could be better. It's in Schaerbaek, surrounded with Turkish community. Friendly hotel staff.

Stayed 4 nights here with my partner. Hotel and surrounding area is run down. Way over priced. The room was very basic and dirty. The towels had black hairs on them everyday and the bathroom needs a bottle of bleach to it! The pillow cases were dirty and not changed throughout the trip. Breakfast was €7 each and all they...

I walked in and was half tempted to leave and go somewhere else. The reception was like walking into time warp with an elderly man who had extremely limited English. The expectation of feeling welcome and wanted was left behind as it seemed the man at reception just wanted the payment and to not engage any further. The room itself...

PROs + the cheapest hotel I could find near the city centre + near the tram line + hotel and not a hostel, so no room sharing with strangers CONs - staff are unable to give proper printed receipts - door card does not work - heating is set too high, making your eyes dry - dirt and marks on...

The hotel cannot be reached from the airport with public transport for late night arrivals. A taxi is to the cost of 40 Euro a trip! this is more than the cost of the room!!! The hotel does not answer to email requests. When calling there is only one line and it is busy all the times. There is no...

Rooms were comfortable. Staff friendly. We will definitely return, very charming. Downtown is in the process of restoration. The coming areas are beautiful. The bar in the basement....like a speak easy.

Ihe hotel did not have a reception service when I arrived - I had to wait 40 min at the reception - which is basically open to the street with strange men coming and going. It was very late. I had written in my booking what time I was coming. I was scared. I called the hotel - no answer....

The receptionist was nice and spoke very good English. The room however was dirty. I dont think they ever hoovered the floor. It was also very noisy as our room was right beside the road. The lift is also very very slow. Great value for rooms tho and only 10 mns walk to the north station and their town is...
