Staff rude, food cold, bar areas filthy and under stocked only alcohol vodka,gin and beer. When paying £10 for two shots of malibu. Very few staff spoke English. Rep had been informed many times of problems and nothing changed. Seems only geared up for the French. Nothing at all to do in the evenings and only hotel lobby to sit...

So glad we read the reviews before travelling as we were prepared for "THE TUNNELL". Our hearts sank as we were led to our room through the dreaded tunnell under the dual carriageway. middle aged couple, unsure after reading other reviews. room through tunnel very dubious when arriving at 3am. awoke with apprehension. toured the complex and got our bearings. the location of this resort with mountain backdrop and private beach with fantastic views was wonderful. no road noise from pool or sea view rooms so pay for the upgrade. food good quality,variety...

We had stayed at this hotel in 2010 and enjoyed our holiday and the hotel was good. We have just returned from our second visit where we secured 10 nights all inclusive for £380 each which we considered a bargain. arrived after food had finished but nothing had been set aside for new arrivals. The accommodation was clean and tidy but we were located under a tunnel and away from the main area as shown in the brochure. Just returned form a holiday at this med hotel, the hotel is on there website -----------------. Food Terrible same menu three days out of seven. Accommadation Very poor not abit like the picture on the website no sea view or balcony. Location Miles from anywhere only suitable for mountain goats.
