Room was an attic room, flora block cold, cold draft under door, reception refused to change room. Majority of Germans rude towards myself. Defo not recommended for English. Would not return due to rudness of customers. Bad experience in this Hotel.

We arrived very early, due to flight times. To find the room was not ready. But It does say check in starts at 2pm. Bang on time the room was ready. I paid the extra for a superior room. It did not disappoint. The complex is just the right size and everything is easy to find. The overall feel of...

We reserved this through Detur and there are several reasons, why this is really not a ***** or international hotel. 1. The kids club is not international although both hotel and Detur pages said so. The kids club is only for the German kids and that was said directly to us. We complained about this and were ignored although the...

We spent a family holiday here and so far we have nothing negative to say about the hotel. The only little minus is the fact that English is not the most common language at this hotel as this hotel is mainly for Germans. However staff did try their best :-) The hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable. Hotel garden...

This is far from the cheapest hotel in Turkey - but it's a friendly nice Places hotel where specially the food surprices. Most people (maybe all ??) are using all-inclusive , I have tried that before and naturally it's very frindly to children - but a lot of Places the food is a bit boring - but not here. It's...

“Get the best room you can, standard is really standard in this hotel”

“If you have kids who can sleep alone - but you also want to be yourself - there are some great combirooms, where you have 2 seperate rooms with seperate toilets too - the rooms connected with a door between them. That functions really good - you can have a cozy time yourself and yet have easy access to the kids.”

“There are three main parts of the hotel. I recommed to ask te staff for a room in part called "Flora". Rooms are decorated with newer furniture and have bigger balconies.”
